Holy shit, I actually watched a Canada episode via livestream! Totally unplanned! :O
This episode was not what I wanted, but it was absolutely what I needed. Best cringe comedy since Equestria Games!

Scootaloo: [sighs] Me. Growing up, I never thought I'd be the best at anything, because nopony ever told me. But your parents told you over and over again.
And the award for the most depressing character in MLP is: Scootaloo!!!
Aight so if you've been following my most recent story, Lack of Faith, you'll know my concepts for Scootaloo's parents. Her father, Shortstack Outflow, the CEO of Cloudsdale's plumbing company, and Angel Pulse, her stay-at-home mother.

Ok, so let's get started!
Scootaloo needs to get to cloudsdale for a report on her hero.
Her way of getting up there?
I got to say, this was Scootaloo's most daring and silly stunt to date.
We're finally meeting Rainbow Dash's parents?! Could the fandom's reaction match Scootaloo"s? Probably not.
I gotta say, some of the ponies in these episodes need to be a little more straight forward without being mean about it, but sometimes you can be too direct, you know? Let me go into detail.
Parental Glideance-
There’s a reason humour is my highest priority in this show. A funny or cute episode with narrative inconsistencies, a predictable storyline, or flawed characterization is still a funny or cute episode, whereas a boring episode with zero inconsistencies, is still a boring episode. The wonderful “Parental Glideance” is a strong example of that, demonstrating how energy and charm can overpower even a weak moral, and while I can’t help but feel frustrated with the direction the moral took,

Just so you know, I will be following the American broadcast schedule. I dunno what it is, but whenever I try to view the Canadian broadcast uploads, there's some kind of audio issue that's really distracting.
Just watched next week's episode (last sunday for Canada) and I have only thing to say:

Well, this actually explains a lot. Let’s take a look.

A (fantastic episode)
A- (an excellent episode with at least one flaw)
B+ (a great episode with a couple of flaws)
B (a good episode which still could have been better)
You might have noticed I skipped an episode there. No worries. It seems like a few early releases happened over in Canada, so, varying levels of lore to comment on I guess.
So with a little bit of retconning and some delicious character interaction, here we have the fundament to Rainbow's past. What do we have in store?
