About the new disney film.... · 7:52pm Jul 8th, 2021

So for those who don´t know, today disney has released the teaser trailer for the new film Encanto, a movie set in Colombia and it looks very very good.

Can we talk about this for a second? The landscapes are so bright and colourful (just like Colombia is) and the music sounds great with songs by Lin-Manuel Miranda (one of my favourite artists of all time ).

"Desert Moon"-(from Disney's Aladdin [2019] {Deleted Scene/Song}) · 9:46pm Oct 27th, 2019

Because I was randomly thinking of this song and the deleted scene.

Jasmine:
When the shadows unfold
When the sun hides its gold
When the wind and the cold come calling
When the path isn't clear,
And the stars disappear,
As an endless midnight's falling...

Aladdin:
At the edge of the sky,
There's a moon hanging high

Has There Ever Been A ''UP'' Crossover? · 6:37pm Aug 1st, 2023

The movie UP has always been my favorite Pixar movie and I just thought. What If there was a ''UP'' crossover? I'm asking this because it's been in my mind for a while so I'm wondering if there is a UP crossover or there isn't yet? Maybe carl and rustle get sent to equestria, or maybe the main six stumble upon a flouting house with two humans in it?

My personal ranking on 2021 MCU movies and Disney+ shows · 3:03am Dec 30th, 2021

After watching all 2021 MCU movies and Disney+ shows, here's my own ranking on them.

MCU Movies

1. Spider-Man: No Way Home (My personal favorite 2021 MCU movie and it was fucking awesome movie I ever watch!)

2. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (Again, awesome movie with one of the best MCU villain!)

3. Eternals (It was good movie, it have issues but overall, I do like visuals and it felt like an independent movie with Hollywood-sized budget)

Happy 15th Anniversary "Disney/Pixar's Cars" · 7:22pm Jun 13th, 2021

Original Release Date: June 9th, 2006
(yes I'm aware now that I'm 4 days late)

Yes Cars! A definite product of it's time that somehow still holds up to this day, A rare thing for Disney or Pixar to focus on anthropomorphizing care of various styles/years/models/companies and make their world so similar to our own. I may have been around 9 when it came out, but I somehow liked it. Plus the soundtrack is catchy!

Aida: Disney's back burner musical and How I remember the story Fondly · 2:07am Jun 10th, 2020

For those of you who have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about, I am referring to the 1998 Disney Produced musical Aida. It was such an amazing story and I only have the vague memory of hearing about a performance in like 2001. I recall being interested, but then forgetting. Now the original Opera can be traced back to Late19th century Italy. I have a more prominent memory of the story itself because I remember reading (an abridged version) the story in like 4th grade! Seriously I

Fantasia (1940) gives me the heebie jeebies · 12:25pm Oct 8th, 2019

While I do have an appreciation for classical music, I can't help having unpleasant and disturbing chills at the very end of the segments, The Rite of Spring and Ave Maria. As silence takes place in the remainder of the film, I had this thought that after it ends, something evil would pop up in the TV screen that would scare me to death.

Farmer Bruener Field Research at Disney World. Honest. · 3:03am Mar 30th, 2023

Settle down, kids. Grandpa went to Disney World and he’s got slides! Technically, this was research for several upcoming chapters in Farmer Bruener Has Some Ponies, but it’s not tax-deductible (darnit) because it cost a mint. I’ve got it broken down into several parts over the next few weeks: Planning vs. Reality (this one), Photos (over on Facebook), Transportation, and Parks I, II, and III. (those are Roman Numerals for you children).

Ok this one I honestly couldn't remember when in '03 it came out. Now I know. I didn't see it when it was in theaters, but when it got to VHS, I practically dragged my dad to Blockbuster to "rent" it (it never got returned).

For some reason the teaser trailer always made me crack up!
