The next chapter's currently in progress, but one of the reasons for its delay---aside from the usual excuses of work, tiredness, and gaming---is that I'm having difficulty writing a scene with a one-chapter character in it. I'm having a lot more fun writing this chapter than I did Glintlock's (partially because a certain gold-digging ditz is making her return), so I'm typing it out at a pretty good clip. A while back, I gave my character Drama Heart her own theme music in the form of a heavily altered version of Nightwish's "Storytime". Later, I said that I was going to try to come up with lyrics for a song that wasn't based on anything in particular.

Now I've reached that point while writing the latest chapter of M.L.G., so I have to put my money where my mouth is. Here's hoping my focus holds out, or I'm going to be stuck with it a while.

There've been a few comments in my most recent chapter of M.L.G. saying that they were curious about the "City-Wide Heartsong" plan I originally had for Illudere's battle. Obviously I can't go back and make that huge a change to the story, but what I can do is start planning ahead for the Third-Anniversary Chapter in August.

The ACs have been non-canon for the most part, so I intend to have a lot of fun with this alternate take.
