Edit 1: Hold on. April 2020, huh? How do we know this isn't another set up for an April Fools Day prank?
What the title says and hot off the Equestria Daily.
So anyone who knows me at least reasonably well will know that I'm an avid reader of the MLP comics by IDW. I've followed them basically since they started, and in that time I've seen all their dizzying heights and their darkest depths. By which I mean that the overall comics massively vary in quality.
This is something that came out of the Comic-Con IDW panel, and it's something some of you will be very, very excited to hear. However, I'm putting under a vast spoiler tag so no one gets spoiled accidentally.
I came across a thing that I haven't seen pointed out anywhere else, so here you go!
Nifty, huh?
Couple new comics to review today! And they're both by Ted Anderson! And one of them is REALLY TIMELY AND RELEVANT because why shouldn't we drag our BELOVED PONIES INTO THE WORLD'S BIGGEST FREAKSHOW CIRCUS...
*puff pant wheeze*
Ahem. Let's just get this over with.
What’s up, you all? I am doing something that has never been done on my account: A Contest! But, not just any contest...a contest, where the fellow writer, YOU, get to write a fanfic to help the Mane Six defend Equestria from the evil Knights of Harmony!
It's been a VERY long time since I've done one of these, so this weekend I'm reviewing FOUR, yes that's right FOUR, comics! It's such a big comic reviewapalooza that I'm splitting it across two days!!
Saddle up and strap yourselves in, because today I'm reviewing Friends Forever #37 and the 2017 Annual! And tomorrow I'll be reviewing Friendship is Magic #51-52!!
Hey everypony! Guess what? A & B covers and the synopsis for issue 2 of IDW's My Little Pony comic series has been published. Our heroes new adventure is about to begin soon!
Here is the description of the synopsis of MLP #2 Variant A:
So, it has been announced today on Twitter that MLP has its first canonically nonbinary character.
Their name is Dust Devil, and they seem to be... fast? Very fast. I haven't kept up on the comics, but I may have to dive into them again just for this. I am thrilled. Many other people are not, but this ain't about them. This is about me, and people like me, and I'm going to take a moment to explore what this means and how I feel.
(Okay, bit of a bold statement there. Hold on, let me explain, it's not nearly as ludicrous as it sounds. )
In case some of you didn't know, in April, IDW is going to begin releasing it's "MLP:FiM season 10"-comic series.
