Well, mine’s not exactly a “ship” but since they hang out a lot in my skits, I’ll say my OC (Bezier) and Pharynx.

They don’t really do anything romantic, but they do interact quite a lot. Maybe play video games, go out for donuts, etc.

Well, since we are talking about OC's (and it seems to be mostly our own) I will have to say I do like mine guy, Spark Voltage, being with a few of the mares, namely Trixie, Fluttershy, and/or Ditzy, the walled eyed mare is by far my favorite.

Yes, I made a father for Scootaloo before the big reveal, and he was dating Rainbow Dash, which is partly why they are so close. I carefully built his personality around her needs, designing him to be patient and calm, a nice contrast to her and exactly what she needed.

In my stuff Oaken and Applejack end up getting married. It’s seasons before Big Mac does. Also Rarity and Radene get married too. Applejack wears a white Stetson hat for her wedding. Like I saw some fanart show. Oaken actually debuts with Applejack in ep one.

If it were toys cannon... I would have to say Prince Blue Dream from gen 2 toys. Which I'm writing for clown mare by using gen 2 cannon toys since there weren't a gen 2 tv show.
