It sounds like you have quite the vast interests. A lot of people I run across in the fandom seem to only be into gaming, really into gaming. When it comes to Starlight, I have always wondered what she would be like as an Alicorn. She is easily my favorite character so naturally I have ascended her in a couple stories of mine. I do like Discord as well, he makes things much more interesting, and fun.

In other words, it is her duty to watch over the elements (she kind of does this anyway). By extension, Sunset Shimmer could be the Princess of the Elements in the human world since she more or less has the same role.

That would be something amazing, the Princess of the Elements. Just imagine if she were to be ascended before the series ended and that was her role, to watch over the Elements. I do know that the fandom would be torn to shreds because so many people hate Starlight Glimmer. Now I have my own idea and this is probably going to sound absurd but what if Starlight was to be Celestia's daughter and she had to cover it up because of the scandal her birth would have caused the royal family? In my opinion, that would explain why she is so powerful.

That is exactly what I'm thinking. I'm thinking about a fan fic involving that but starting it would be the tough part. Celestia's meet up with Firelight....a SFW date and then maybe a simple hint at what happened after their date, nothing that would require the M tag on it....then the birth and the scars left by Celestia having to just let Firelight raise her and hide the fact, the sadness that came from her wondering what she was up to. Then the "moment" when she sees her again when she rescues them from Chrysalis....her desire to tell her during "A Royal Problem" and of course in the very end when she summons her to Canterlot to tell her what she had been hiding for so long.....and ascend her for everything she has done to help Equestria....although maybe the ascension should happen first and then she tells her.

One thing that might help is doing writing exercises in your online blog (or an offline journal). There are tons of writing prompts if you look them up online. Choose a new one each day and write something based off of the prompt. You will probably get a lot of great ideas for stories that way. :) Plus it helps you stay motivated when it comes to writing,

I am also a big fan of reading and writing fan fictions, which is part of what brought me to this site to begin with. XD

Hello, everyone. My name is Crossover King. I am a trans-dimensional being who enjoys bringing different worlds together and transforming into a different character every few weeks or so.

I became a fan of MLP about two years ago and my favorite character in the entire franchise is Sunset Shimmer. Why? Because I really love villain redemption arcs when they're done properly and when they make sense for the characters. It's also the main reason why I adore characters like Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender and Catra from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power.

Besides MLP, my favorite franchises include Marvel, DC, Transformers, Assassin's Creed, Mortal Kombat, and Star Wars.

Plus, my favorite MLP episode is It's About Time and my favorite MLP ship is SunPie.

My name is Kiernan. I very much enjoy creatively-driven hands-on work. Carpentry, mechanics, writing... Cooking is the top of these, I love to cook. And eat. As I'm writing this, I'm churning a gallon of peanut butter ice cream for tomorrow, and I also have a stuffed chicken roasting in my oven for dinner.

I started writing in 2011, but it wasn't very good. I'm sure at the time I thought it was good, but looking back, it was awful. Seeing how terrible it was is actually what prompted my return in August of 2020. Also, I'd suffered a pretty nasty breakup, and needed something to help me cope.

I enjoy tragedies and operas. Some people wonder why; I think it's because it reminds me of my own life. I'm not usually a happy guy. Seeing other people having bad experiences reminds me that I'm not the only one with problems, and often they end up in worse situations than I do.

I'm not meaning to complain about my life, I just wanted to give some insight into who I am. That's what introductions are for, after all.

I honestly hope you enjoy the remnants of your day. I'm going to go turn on an opera and finish making dinner. It's been awhile since I listened to Operation: Mindcrime...

First of all, it's very nice to see someone who has a lot of things in common with me as if it feels like one in a billion. In a way, you could almost be a soulmate or kindred spirit for me. Unfortunately, there are some groups who think I'm obsessed for wanting her to return. From my perspective I would see her return as a win-win in that those who knew her originally while those who haven't will get to see what it's like a for a new generation to have a human companion such as her. For some reason I always felt that the only claim to not bring her back is mainly excuses rather than reasons due to them being blanket statements such as claiming that it will be a forced inclusion or because someone said so. Over the years I always felt that there was a call for her return at one point from some of the fan stuff I found in the last decade that I thought was hinting such, but I was misled on a lot of them. The least that could have been was to give her a real appearance in the crossover comic, but even that didn't happen, which was a big disappointment to me, because I actually bought each of those comics mainly to expect that only to see once again the opportunity missed. One other thing, I never thought that girl I saw in "The Rollercoaster of Friendship" was her, but more of an easter egg, though I will admit that she did wear those frilly overalls a lot better than the actual Megan did. More importantly, I was never sure if the fanart that showed her with G4 characters was really a call for her return or to show that she wasn't forgotten, though sometimes I really did wish some of them could pass for actual screencaps.

7745729 I really like Megan and Molly and Danny from the original series. They kind of added something to it that's kind of hard to explain. Maybe the element of people from Earth being friends with familiar yet different creatures of another world (known as Ponyland in G1). I honestly think they could have done something interesting by introducing Megan and company into G4 or G5. Like even if they brought them into the Equestria Girls universe for example and used them as part of the group in some way or maybe gave them their own roles, it could have been pretty interesting. I don't know, just a lot of opportunity wasted imo.

I really do hope in the near future there are plans to bring them back. It's really sad that G1 has been the only generation to have human companions. Part of me felt that the reason why I felt they were never brought back could have been because they were there mainly to get people used to the franchise and then dump them after. Another thing that I feel that unless there are plans to have the ponies come to Earth, we most likely won't get another generation or series where they will get human companions that can involve a rebooted version of Megan, Danny, and Molly to help them keep a low-profile sort of like how it was done on Sonic X. For the most part, they are probably supposed to be dead at least officially while it's us fans that keep them alive especially be reimagining what it could have been with them with fanart and fanfictions as if they were there.

7746313 I think it would be kind of cool if they did a reboot of G1 as a prequel series to G4 and they brought back Megan, Molly, and Danny for it as characters that actively help like in the original series. It would also be cool if they brought back some of the creatures from Generation One as well like the Flutterponies and Bushwoolies.
