Mistakes were made. The royal line of Equestria is in danger. Can a promise be kept? Will a nation be saved?

The mysterious pegasus going by the name Promise is trying to do right. He's made some mistakes in his long life, and now he hears about an opportunity to finally keep his word.

As with anything I write, I must preface this with the fact that it's bad, and I should feel bad. =)

Throughout my studies, I have gathered skills in the feilds of astronomy, space and matter, and even the workings of the universe. However, there is one concept I have et to conquer: time.
