It's been 7 years. 7 years since the Zerg crept away in masses and just.. disappeared. The war-torn Terran have continued fighting amongst themselves, the Solar Empire, led by Princess Celestia wage war against the small group branded as terrorists named the Lunar Republic. Princess Luna has liberated many planets who would take up arms against the Solar Empire.

The peace and prosperity of Celestia's and Luna's rule of Equestria is turned upside down and all but ripped apart when the ruthless Zerg Swarm invades, overwhelming all in their path. It quickly becomes apparent that the princesses and even the Elements of Harmony are powerless against the Zerg. But with the arrival of the Terrans and the Protoss, can Equestria be saved with their help?
