Flick is a city kid from Manehatten. Out to live on his own he decides to move to Ponyville. He soon realizes that this quaint little town is a lot more then he bargained for. Join Flick as he meets some new and familiar faces and gets himself into some exciting adventures along the way. What sort of hijinks will him and his new friends get into?

When the lights go out and dark has consumed the world.
That is the time for scary stories to be heard.
Come now, ponies and other of you ilk.
The time has come for cookies and a glass of milk.
But don't mind that thing that went bump in the night.
If you turned to look it would give you a fright.

Instead listen to me, your host for this eve.
As you hear stories you can scarcely believe.
Some are told by ponies you know well.

Imagine what would have happened if, 1000 years ago, Equestria's rulers were of a different mindset. If Princess Luna had felt appreciated, and understood how needed she was, and if that favor had tainted Celestia with jealousy and suspicion, what would our modern Equestria be like? If hurt feelings and anger had driven Celestia to take on the persona of DayStar and usher in eternal day and endless summer, would friendship still be as magical? Would any be free from DayStar's iron hoof?
