Update on Secondo Sequel · 10:33pm Aug 19th, 2022
Hello Hello!
Weird to be making semi-regular blogs after being gone for over 2 years... but oh well!
The Sequel to Secondo is coming along steadily, with two chapters wrapped up and a third about halfway done right now (as I'm heading to bed for the night).
I am aiming to finish the third chapter tomorrow and add a fourth before publishing the sequel. Currently the story is at 10k words, and I'm guesstimating around 13-14k with that fourth chapter added on. I'm also looking to get custom cover art of sorts but don't know if that'll be finished in time. If not, I'll just tag it on post-release. 
Rest assured that 4 chapters isn't the end though. If anything the sequel has the potential to be even longer than Secondo, which itself had 50k words to count. For the initiated of you regarding Equestria at War, the sequel will cover the sirens as they branch out from the corelands of the hippogriffs, across North Zebrica, all the way to Abysinnia. Along the way, we'll discover more about the world, the perceived enemies of the sirens, and the sirens themselves.
I'm really hoping for the best and am working with various friends to help me with proofreading and judging ideas for chapters. I'm hoping the sequel can live up to everyone's expectations and that it'll take off upon release with good reception. Sadly Secondo never did make it to the feature box, but hey, maybe this one might! Fingers crossed
