Parody: Pegasi live in the Bay Area

All the pegasi that come to Earth live in the Bay Area. To avoid sky-high rents, the pegasi (ironically) take to the skies and build cloud homes above. There are so many pegasi squatters that all their cloud homes coalesce to create a massive wall of fog.

In exchange for living rent free and not getting cited for airspace violations, the pegasi do what they're best at--weather control--and push their fog homes over the Bay Area to cool it down.

Which is why the weather stays a tepid 70 degrees F here, while the rest of the world literally 🔥🔥bakes to death. 🔥🔥

IDK, climate change is coming though. Maybe this post will age like milk. Or it will age like the vacuum-sealed powdered milk I may or may not be hoarding to feed myself when armageddon comes.

Is there a reason they all live in the Bay Area, aside from 'it's nice to be around other pegasi' and the local governments and human population being (I assume) welcoming and accepting?
