What if while fucking some caribou knocked over and shattered the crystal heart? Or can have it as an alicorn climaxing so hard her moans broke it much like Flurry did before her crystaling. In canon for FoE it was used to enchant the males if I recall.

I don't mean, simply Dainn is killed, all the caribou die, the corruption is cured... I mean, what if the invasion was beaten back, but the invaders had the chance to retreat back to the Crystal Empire? Did they capture anypony, drag them away to the Empire to be brainwashed there, at the centre of the corruptive magic? The Crystal Ponies are pretty much all turned, including the mares; with how remote the Crystal Empire lies, things might turn into a stalemate. What if Yakyakistan fell to the corruption too, being so close to the Empire?
For that matter, what if instead of going for Canterlot, Dainn set his eyes on Yakyakistan? What would be the plan there? How would it go off? Would they send somepony, or someone, in first for recon under the guise of a diplomatic visit?
What if the Fall happened way later in the canon timeline, after Twilight opened her school? Would the non-pony students be affected by the corruptive magic, and if at all, to what an extent? Would Sandbar lead Yona into a trap to capture her? What of Silverstream and Ocellus? The former is relatively close to ponykind; she might fall to the temptation of losing her fear of being enslaved if it's twisted into a fetish for her. Changelings, meanwhile, we know are susceptible to the corruption along with ponies, perhaps even more so.
What if a time-travelling pony arrives from the future to stop the Fall... by murdering Princess Cadance before the Caribou even arrive?
What if Dainn's fleet arrived at some other place? Zebrica, perhaps? Never gaining the immense boost from the Crystal Heart, so they have to rely on the alchemical secrets their zebra allies may share to break the stallions and mares into a "proper" mindset through potions and hypnosis?
What if, years after Dainn is defeated, Equestria is struggling with the legacy the Caribou left behind? I.e. a whole generation of pony/Caribou hybrids, in addition to the Caribou who weren't killed or imprisoned because they were too young or females? What if it turns out you CAN'T breed the corruption out of them? What if Caribou cows and hybrid mares can't help but be masochistic, submissive, and misogynist at their very core, no matter how much they're taught or magic is used? How will Equestria deal with them? Exile them? Let them go extinct? Watch with concern as even as Dainn's regime was destroyed, there's a group hardwired to want it back... and since they love breeding like rabbits, it's growing.
What if a group of Dainn-loyalists managed to flee the regime's destruction? A few stags, stallions, cows, mares, and the odd other creature, desperately fleeing the grasp of Equestria's exhausted rebel forces? What can they do to survive? What will they do? How will they cope with being the hunted underdogs now? What allies will they find, what enemies?
What if Luna was keeping a charade pretending to support Twilight but had been supporting King Dainn long ago and is just setting her up for failure?
What if Rainbow Dash joined the carabu? And it's her that breaks in Scootaloo. Almost loving for her first time.

Unfortunately I do not believe anyone will ever do that for 2 reasons.
#1. fear of what people would say about "glorifying" the act (Woke ness)
#2. The average writer doesn't know how to "delay gratification" they too too much too fast.... For example they HAVE to go for Oral sex first (instead of vaginal) and when they do climax they have to immediately do 4 more acts with the stallion not even having to pause.... It prevents me from suspending disbelief....

The way I see it, there are two main approaches.
One, would be a scenario much like the regular FoE. The parade in Canterlot is attacked, the city overrun. Only, there's a more cosmopolitan crowd, as more non-ponies are in the city, some even from the school itself. Twilight races back to Ponyville, fortifies there, and the Student Six are thrown into the mix.
Or the other version, where the Caribou infiltration takes a longer time. Imagine a Caribou youth, or several, arriving at the school under the guise of being just regular students. However, they're actually there to undermine another possible power bloc inside Equestria; and by corrupting the students there, some of whom are VERY high-profile, the Caribou extend their influence towards other species.
As for how they adapt, here are some ideas:
Gallus has always been a poor kid. A street urchin. An orphan, from a place of abject poverty and near-total lack of any warmth and affection. We know he treasures having friends, to the point where he sabotaged their chances to go home to their families over the holidays just so they would stay with him. We also know Griffons are prone to greed. So what if that's used to turn him? Plant in him the idea that three of his four new best friends can't leave him if they LITERALLY can't leave him... because they're stuck in a cage or leashed to his bed? He won't have to worry about Sandbar. Sandbar's in Ponyville, he's not going anywhere, and besides, if Sandbar has already been corrupted, seeing his normally happy go lucky buddy become more cruel and domineering, something just might snap in Gallus next. Moreover, Dainn's system knows enough to reward clever, resourceful young men, which could prove attractive to a boy who never had anything to his name his whole life.
Sandbar, as explained above, is a stallion and most likely falls to the Heart's power quickly. If not, he could struggle quite a bit with others because they suspect he could fall any day now, as other male ponies did. Being the least impressive of his circle, the least exotic, the least powerful, might also fuel his fall; we know his secret desire is to be important and recognised. He might be tempted to accomplish this by becoming master to his (girl)friends.
Ocellus struggles with the fear of being a monster like Chrysalis. She might find knowing Chrysalis was defeated and enslaved and made into a useful tool oddly comforting. Certainly nobody is going to be afraid of a tamed, defanged slave. She's also a naturally more meek Changeling, a meekness that could potentially be turned towards docility and obedience, much like Fluttershy.
Silverstream has lived her entire life afraid of being trapped, of being enslaved, of being abducted and never getting to see her people again. That would make her less inclined to submit to being enslaved in this way either... or maybe it doesn't. Much like Fluttershy lost most of her fear of performing in front of strangers under the influence of Corruption, Silverstream may come to enjoy the thrill of becoming a slave. A sense of masochistic pleasure, living what used to be her worst nightmare. Especially if any of her friends are there with her—like a particular blue Griffon boy.
Yona wants to adapt to pony life after Sandbar expressed interest in her. Yaks are a proud people, but also very direct. Tricking them will probably be easy. And Yona will change a lot about herself, despite being a proud Yak, just to please her friends and Sandbar especially. Plus, if Sandbar is in control, if Yona is a helpless, vulnerable slave often restrained when used, she's far less likely to smash him by accident. It's, in some perverted sense, a "safe" way for the two of them to be together.
Smolder is the odd one out. She's smart, strong, confident, and her only weakness (apart being a really nice girl coming from a society raising its kids to be massive, untrustworthy jerks) is her fondness for "girly", cute stuff. That, and the Bloodstone Sceptre, of course...

That's actually a good plot from the character P.O.V. but I think 2nd version seem to make a good starting point spies inflitrate the school slowly but surely corrupting the students and seeing gallus and sandbar struggle to this sudden change choose to "enslave" there female friends for safety reasons. Now I'm actually invested in this fic I hope it sees the light of day.

I do like the second option better than the first one also. It's a more refreshing take on things. Even so, a few things need to be clarified:
Has the Crystal Empire already been taken over? Has it been taken over publicly, or do Shining Armor and Cadance pretend everything's just as normal, with the latter probably disguising the lack of her horn somehow and travel to the Empire being restricted? Who else has been corrupted? Are the Yaks still untainted? Are the Changelings?
Following from that, who actually infiltrates Twilight's School of Friendship? Is it only OCs, or did one of the Student Six arrive there already with the corruption inside of her? When does it start, are the Student Six already friends, or does this threat start out together with them?
Imagine something like, the Student Six meet up exactly as in the show... only this time, they're actually seven. Because this time, a young stag is part of the group as well—Dainn's son, Prince Dvalar, a boastful and brash deer fancying himself a future warrior-king. He gets along fine with Gallus and okay with Sandbar, has some friendly clashes with Smolder and Yona who both beat him rather handily (Yona by accident), and treats Silverstream with a reserved respect as another royal. The one he's a little distant from is Ocellus. Things progress more or less as normal.
Until it's revealed to the reader that Dvalar came to Twilight's school with the mission to infiltrate and corrupt promising students. And that Ocellus has been corrupted a good while ago, then sent to Equestria as well as backup for the prince. They pretended not to know each other much, but they're actually there as a team. Dvalar promises Ocellus that if she does a good job, she might get to pick a master out of the student body; her choice falls on Sandbar. She can sense he's attracted to Yona, but once they've all been turned, he won't mind having two slaves instead of one. Dvalar agrees and muses he thinks there'S something brewing between that firecracker Smolder and the Griffon, Gallus; Ocellus counters that Silverstream has been sending him little looks, only the catbird is too dense to notice. Dvalar agrees and says he also won't mind having two slaves. Ocellus asks who, if anypony, Dvalar has chosen to claim for himself, and he counters he's looking forward to breaking the cutesy Pegasus with the curly teal locks...

Maybe 11-12 months after the changeling hives "volunteer" to submit and capture chrysalis. As for the crystal empire probably the 3rd option seems more behind the scenes planning on how to make yakyakistan submit to them without alerting equestria and preparing spies to infiltrate the school.
As for the school if I have to make a bridge of the story it will must likely crystal ponies or changeling spies.
1. The crystal ponies stallion that are loyal to dainn are most likely infiltrate the school with ease since they are neighbor countries.
2. If were going to make the changeling infiltrate the school there might need a leader to coordinate maybe pharynx or ocellus (since she been in the school of friendship the longest and knows the layout of it.) plus there are expert of infiltration and disguise.

Actually here I see it if prince dvalar convince/corrupt gallus and sandbar it might take time to earn there trust if this is after the student six bonded but if he where to infiltrate during the school opening he need at least a guardian that can convince twilight that there kingdom is peaceful and have no ulterior motive.
I like your idea about ocellus picking a master as a reward for her loyalty. Like u said once they all turned she wouldn't mind choosing sandbar as her master while yona being her "playmate". The same goes for gallus he won't mind having silverstream and smolder giving there leash to him. I don't know about this pegasus with curly teal but maybe give her an aged up probably the same age as sandbar or a year younger to sandbar so that way you won't offend someone.

I am unsure what idea works better: if the Crystal Empire is already undermined, or if the Caribou took over that little podunk town from Twipet's story and didn't expand much further than that, working to gain more strength first. Both options make sense; with the first one, they have the corrupted Heart already active, so they have a good source of magic to enforce their misogynist views on others, with the second, it's a good reason for them to be more careful and not attack Canterlot outright. Any thoughts on that?
Either way, I don't think Dvalar would actually need to be vouched for that much. Unless Twilight knows what the Caribou are all about, she welcomes students with open arms, especially those from other peoples. In accordance with the question above, he'd have more or less allies at Twilight's school; as you say, Crystal Ponies and Changelings at least. If they only have a small powerbase, it's probably only the Changelings, since I can see Chrysalis falling to the Caribou and her subjects being twisted through the sick, corruptive energy even without the Heart.
Hmm... what if this little, supposedly irrelevant town is actually important? Because Sombra left a vault full of dark magics behind there? That would give Dainn a good reason to stay only there for the time being: to have enough time to study those sorceries. Meanwhile, he could send Dvalar out to study at Twilight's school, aided by Ocellus. That could work...

Like u said if the caribou use the crystal heart is corrupted it will bolster the caribou and maybe some stallions but there misogynist view may bring suspicion on equestria but what if and this is a big "IF" shining armor forge some messages to canterlot or princess candance sending legitimate letters (If she become submissive to shining armor) making celestia think nothing out of ordinary. While in the process making the crystal empire slowly become isolationist for the time being while dainn prepare an army for his skirmish against yakyakistan.
Maybe you're right. I've rewatched the school opening and twilight seems to be lax with the other races.
If you're going with the changeling with the small powerbase they need to at least take out some students or staff members (not the main six of course since they'll be in the parade) that are against dainn ideology and take over there place like from fallout 4 the synth enemies.
If were talking about the "vault" that you give dainn another reason to bolster his army or improve his army magic but there a drawback. Since dark magic need test subjects to see learn there outcome and can be unpredictable like a subject lost to insanity or turn in a cannibal wendigo. You can't just give dainn the "vault" without drawbacks.

So, if the Caribou didn't take over the Crystal Empire but did find an ancient vault of Sombra's secrets (incidentally, that sounds like an underwear catalogue...), then there most likely wouldn't be quite the corruption as main-universe FoE: that one is channelled through the remnants of the Crystal Heart, which is acting as the conduit.
What they might have instead are the workings behind Sombra's mind-control magic. Like how the helmets work he put on his slave army. Now, the Caribou use rune magic—what if they couple that with whatever they find left behind by Sombra? Spectre203, you mentioned there needs to be a downside if they don't take over the Empire. I'd say not having that powerbase is already a massive penalty, but how about we add that the Corruption simply can't be spread quickly and widely without the Heart? So in this timeline, they tattoo runes on their victims and the corruptive magic flows into them that way. Similar to what they did with Chrysalis in RoyalUnicornJohn1994's own story. Only, the effect is very close to mainline FoE corruption.

Question: if the Heart were to be destroyed in your version of FoE, would the Corruption dissipate? How many of its victims would be free instantly, over time, or never? Because with the tattoo idea above, I was wondering if the main difference would be it's way more difficult to do—you need to catch your targets and apply the magic tattoos on them, and then they carry an obvious sign on them that others in the know will recognise—but in turn is permanent.

On this version of Foe, the Caribou aren't the real ones pulling the strings. They think they are.
As for suddenly losing the heart, it would only mean losing ONE tool. With the alicorns' magic in their power, and after some time, the corruption would be spreading via other means. After all, we have seen in the show some beings born from magic can invade other dreams if their owners are seen in other people's dreams.

Anyway, hmm, that's interesting to hear. What you mention there would apply just as much to your latest chapter as well. Luna thinks it's well contained, but her perspective is more than limited. Laying a trap that way through Luna's efforts to reach her fellow princess through her dreams would be devious and clever indeed.
Really, from what you say, a scenario like them not taking over the Crystal Empire by corrupting the Heart and the Alicorn Princess attached to it directly would leave them massively weakened without any true advantage in return. Other than not having to shield what's going on in the Empire from prying eyes, that is. Still, it might make more sense if that's the setup; Dainn having a tiny kingdom in Lindisbarne, a few surrounding settlements of ponies and Yaks, and the corrupted Changelings to serve as hidden agents. Not being able to draw upon much more might make him more cautious in turn.
I personally do like the idea of Dvalar struggling with overcoming his disdain for females at the school. Or rather, not showing it openly! As in, challenging Smolder and Yona to contests of strength, for example, and handily getting his butt handed to him, because, well, Yak and Dragon. Or sensing something is off about Cozy and not trusting her, not before he had the opportunity to put a leash around her that is!
Heh, come to think of it, here's another What If for you: What if Dainn sent his son, Dvalar, to Twilight's School of Friendship, and the young Caribou prince, after befriending the other Student Six, starts questioning his own worldview..?

If were going without the crystal heart or before the fall of crystal empire here what I think:
If dainn did found sombra "vault" he would start gather some of equipment (mind control helmets) and test them on the reindeer to see how much of an asset it is, then he ordered some of its caribou to research of its intended which result the runes tattoo. But dainn still thinks its still ineffective he order to kidnap some mares in the nearby villages or roads to use them as test subjects for this experiment. After the experiment went well this will become the corruption. This will be planted on the kidnappers and kidnapped ponies until one day they encounter a changeling. This changeling will be tested to see if the corruption will work on non-pony. Once that changeling became a victim to the rune tattoo corruption that changeling will slowly gather other changeling to dainn faction (either through corruption or mind control). This will bridge to chrysalis downfall. And this is without the crystal heart.
If the crystal heart is destroyed by other mean here what I can think:
1. If the crystal heart did get shattered all of corruption magic carried by it die with it. All of the races who are corrupted to dainn rune tattooes. This will lead to the males lossing some of there power while the females will seeking revenge to there stallion counterpart for there mistreatment and abuse some will be hunted others will be executed. The alicorns will regain there power/horns fought back against their captors and muster an army against dainn and his misogynist allies while dainn flee elsewhere to regain lost ground a incoming war for land/dominant sex will begin. (Purified option).
2.If the crystal heart did get shattered the power of corruption will slowly rot away this will lead to some mares regaining there free will but at a slow pace. This will give the mares a chance to rebuild their rebellion and prepare for a riot once there gather enough numbers. While the stallions and caribou will be caught in a pinch. Dainn and his allies will have to come up a way to replace the crystal heart probably the alicorn amulet and to gather it fast as they are aware that its only a matter of time before a rebellion began. (Slow recovery/Power Degenaration option).
3.If the crystal heart shattered but without it the cleansing/purification the only cure to the corruption will be lost forever. The corruption is already mutating to there core magic/souls and have become one with the host. This will lead to some tainted veins to the males granting them permanet power boost. While the mares will surely lose there free will to be a slave for the rest of there life and those from future generation/descendants will have the corruption with them from birth. A utopia where males are supreme from there counterpart and a dystopia for females from birth to death they will live as sex slave for the rest of there life with no free will. (Permanent corruption option).
I hope this is good enough as an answer.
P.s. How is this involve with the F.o.E. student six?. I just want a story about them that all.

I wonder who would introduce Dvalar at the school. Would Dainn deign to come himself? Would he send someone else to accompany his son there? Or, hmm... would he arrive with a small contigent of Crystal Ponies? That's really only an option if the Empire was taken over. Let's assume he's dumped there by a couple of stag guards who promptly leave.
I'm still trying to get a better grip on what kind of character would work best for Dvalar. Making him just a clone of Dainn sounds uninspired. I'm thinking... brash. Eager to prove himself. But at least partly playing it up: he's genuine about wanting to be strong and wanting to beat his fellow students in competitions (the girls especially, he wants to DOMINATE them after all) but not as much of a fratboy meathead as he may come across. Some of it is calculated. It leads others to underestimate him, he knows.
Maybe something like, during the time the students run away from the school during School Daze, Dvalar's hanging out with the others. They're joking, snacking. Dvalar mentions how Professor Rarity is hot and Professor Fluttershy's boobs are quiet big, making Gallus roll his eyes, Smolder playfully punch him in the shoulder etc.. Ocellus isn't a blushing mess, as one might suspect. She's taking that without any real reaction at all, hinting that she's totally mired in sex already so a little pervy talk doesn't faze her at all. Dvalar cultivates the image of a pervy, but well-meaning jock, which isn't completely wrong but there is more than him that just that.
After the first two episodes go about almost like normal, Dvalar and Ocellus have their first "study session". I.e. chance to plot, and have a little sexy time on the side. A naked, leashed Ocellus offering to do Dvalar's homework for him, who answers if he falls behind too much he'll get expelled and the plan is ruined. Telling her he's going to tie her up and gag her if needed, to which she replies with a small smile in a 'please do it' way. That could make for a good setup for the scene...
If dvalar is going to make an apperance if would be wise that he's with a staguard (a mentor) and tell twilight that he came here to learn the value of "friendship" or an excuse to improve his attitude.
If your going to give dvalar a personality maybe give him an inferioty superiorty complex. A high and mighty attitude but a crippling insecurity. Often eager to prove himself and won't take it well if his attempts fail. The sole reason of his insecurity is his high opinion of himself that he can't deal with any kind failure or rejection. He'll try feel more secure by putting others down.
I'm fine with the 3rd and 4th ideas.
P.s. Tbh I'm more interested at F.o.E student six. Dvalar is not my priority.
