Shipping A Human With The Entire Mane Six? · 8:23am Dec 15th, 2021
Sure... it sounds cheesy as hell. But the human gets to enjoy them piling up like hamsters on top of him in bed, among other things. Does it seem like too much wish-fulfillment? Could a story be good? Especially if it contains comedic elements such as the human with his love for the mane six empowers the Elements of Harmony. I feel like writing this as a serious story would be silly with so many mares.
Or... in a Bendy story... Elements of Harmony are renamed to the Elephant Medallions of Harmony as the Mane Six get bigger and more powerful with them to defeat some evil.
herd/harem with some growth sounds like it could be silly one off of cuddles (alternate universe of mane 6 actually being capybaras instead of ponies when?)
There are already stories that follow that format with a human having a herd with the Main 6, "Short Hand" is a good example of this. If you want to write your own, then I say go for it.

Ah. And I understand you like it and all, and I'm all for it, but occasionally I'd like to also see normal ponies, or Anthro Ponies, or other types of forms for the ponies rather than massive growth, I mean you've done it a few times before, and was pretty good.
I would just prefere if it's the Main Six, it'd be Normal/Anthro or something like that, my opinion at least

Yes to both. I've tried reading stories like this, long and short, and none of them have really stuck with me. They try to establish a solid connection too fast, and by chapter five one of them is already jumping into bed with the human. It's possible to make a good story that ships them, but I haven't found one that managed to do them all at once.
The closest I could find that I enjoyed was a story where Anon was dumped by his herd, Twilight, Applejack, and Rainbow Dash, when a future Twilight allegedly told them to hook up with Time Turner, the town slut. Anon was really hurt since he went through a long explanation of monogamy and how it was important to him, and he saw them breaking up with him as an act of betrayal. So he mopes and then Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy form a better herd with him. I don't think the story ever had an official ending or anything, but I still enjoyed it.
Second closest was Daring Douche, but that was more of a Daring Doo X Anon story than an actual herding story. He never had any time to interact with anyone other than Daring and any time with the others was off screen.
