Experimentation time: Sunday Update · 11:35pm Oct 17th, 2021
As you may or may not have noticed, I dropped the next chapter of Electro Swing today. In my previous blog, I mentioned I might try something like releasing on Sunday rather than Wednesday. It’s Monday morning here in the 日本’s, so I rushed a bit this morning to get it submitted. AP finalized the last bits of chapter 9 while I was asleep, so why not see what happens! One thing was for sure, I was almost late for work!
Hopefully there are no errors as I forewent my usual check before posting it as I was basically approving edits and rewording things needed before I uploaded the chapter, hit submit, and dashed out the door. The chapter name might also not stick. While the song does match the mood, I am not sure if Caro Emerald is the right mood for the fic. She comes off as more Rarity than anything else.
But now, let’s see if Sunday afternoon CST works better for getting a few more eyes on the fic, or if it will crash and burn as everyone else submits their stuff at the same time. Forbidden Melodies came out on a Sunday, so we’ll see.
