Minor FOE:Renewal Date Tweak & Sequel Update

Hey all, long time no see!

Real quick, for those of you who have read or are currently reading Renewal, you might notice that the years have changed in all the timestamps. :twilightoops: Short version is, in better keeping with the Fallout crossover theme, I adjusted the year the bombs fall in Renewal from 1067 to 1077.

    Chapter 50 is in progress!

Hey all! Just wanted to make readers aware that Chapter 50 is well underway and will be published a little later than the usual month by month schedule. I've fallen a bit behind due to some other projects I'm working on and this chapter is very definitely going to be larger than most. I hesitate to give an ETA on when it will pop, but suffice to say I'm aiming to get it wrapped up before

Chapter 32 is complete! · 4:29pm Jul 9th, 2021

MAN it took a while, but I finally knocked out this chapter! Editing wrapped up today and I'm happy with the results. This chapter will be on the longer side, around 25,000 words, but I felt it was important that it had a measurable beginning and end. Keep your eyes peeled for it to go live this coming Sunday!

As for the wonderful world of real life, things are hopefully starting to settle down. No more major basement renovations, good god. There have been some lingering issues on the workfront that I'm hoping will resolve themselves this coming week. Without going into any gruesome details, Pride Month celebrations saw some intense resistance from a long term employee which quickly escalated beyond standard grievances. Suffice to say, people can be assholes.

Hoping to get back onto a more reliable monthly pace again. Fingers crossed!

Whoo! Been looking forward to reading the next chapter. Glad to hear it is almost ready.

Ah, that familiar mix on seeing a long chapter of a story I really like inbound: eager anticipation and happiness at getting so much of it, and dread at having to fit all of it into my schedule. :D
Thanks for the update! :)

Ah, I'm sorry about those work difficulties; good luck with them, and good luck also with the basement continuing to not need any more major work.

And good luck with that too, then, and in general. :)

Doing some touchups today, but oh boy I'm excited to get working on the one following. ^_^

It's a chunker for sure, but I think folks are going to enjoy the heck out of it. No spoilers but things are snowballing now!

Work stuff, augh, just waiting eagerly for Friday when this guy's 2 weeks runs up. I'm up in Wisconsin so I've met my share of difficult personalities, but this guy. Oy vey.

Oh, aye, I expect I will, too. :)
And thanks!

Ah, glad it's only temporary, it sounds like, at least. Good luck getting through their presence next week, then!
(Though I don't think I was aware that Wisconsin had a particularly high occurrence of difficult personalities.)
