New Story: Time-Out · 5:29am May 3rd, 2021
I have a new story that stands no chance of being on the front page, because I unpublished it for two days when the contest was extended. That saddens me. It's very personal and I want you to read it.
Only one author on Fimfiction will know just how personal. Let's just say I didn't have to make much up.
(Note: I'll still be editing it on and off throughout Monday, as I have to trim a few words to fit the limit and fix mistakes.)
Ah, sorry about the lack of front page chances and the resulting sadness.
I've put the story on a short list, though given the length I'm not sure when I'll get to/through it. Hopefully today, at least for the "to" part, but we'll see; I've an annoying large amount of other things still to do for the time available.
In any case, though, good luck! In the contest, and with other aspects of posting this you're concerned about (and with life in general).
I hope they read it.

As for me, I don't care if they do. The writing is the catharsis. I refuse to get that same kick out of twisting the knife.
Don't get me wrong. It would be interesting if they did, and nice if they learned something about friendship. But they won't, and they wouldn't, and it can't be my responsibility.

I suppose you're right.
