This chapter is kind of funny to me because the DWK Rainbow Rocks Totally Legit Recap (which has a arc revolving around 'waifs' and the impact they have on anime watchers) has the Dazzlings try to fracture the group by getting them to argue about anime.
Fluttershy is casted as the closet weeb who watches it in the original Japanese and is VERY passionate about how the culture works.
Dash meanwhile is cast as a "casual" watcher that waits for the dubs and is more lax about cultural norms.
I mention this because Dash is kind of turning into this interpretation JUST SLIGHTLY and I find it hilarious. I bet she'd love to watch Sonic X only to get underwhelmed (like I did).

i saw that two perfect girls reference from the pokemon anime you sly dog. but id have to love to see lunas reaction to a certain dual pigtailed blond princess from the moon from a particular anime and manga. the original of course if you ever decide to have stardust and luna to hang out
