I can only second this. The most important thing is that we carry on for the people we lose, if they can't live, then we must live for them. Find the positivity and happiness in life, the sunshine behind the rain. Life is too good to pass up, so many opportunities but we can only do so much. If i'm to admit anything, i've rarely cried, in my life i've always been told by my dad to be tough and strong, and in my eyes i thought that meant i can't and shouldn't cry.
I've only ever cried at loss, which has been rare for me.
