RHM has more of a dangerous "don't mess with me" aura but that doesn't seem like that's what the party will be about. Reginald seems like he'd get more political respect with the unknowns. It sounds like the expected type of social combat would make him a better choice for that reason. Social combat is ABSOLUTELY the correct phrase to be using when invited to hostile/likely-hostile parties. Parties that you go to because you're expected/coerced to show up, NOT because you actually want to go. Parties like this one.

Honestly I'd have to say Reginald. I don't know why but seeing him with mist just makes me think 'Oh yeah, these two are a thing.' Plus I feel like he'd be the best choice to help her navigate the world of high society for the party. Plus the last chapter just set them up as a pair so perfectly!
