About religion. A real world religion.

I don't mind reading about religion and such perspectives at all. To me religion is just another type of philosophy.
As you can tell from the profile picture, I am a tier 1 artifier. I keep a collage of some of my best works on my user page if anyone dares to challenge me on this.
As for the religion thing, bring it. If I can handle reading about 'fictional' religions I'm sure that real world ones won't be a problem either. If the story is good then that's all that really counts.

Once upon a time there was a Pony fic *that was featured* that tried to overtly bring up Socialism and Communism and Capitalism.
The author couldn't handle the pressure (brought by the debates which filled his comments and blogs), and the fic combusted into a fireball. Its remains are now ashes that have trailed across the web, less noticeable than a stream of wispy haze.

All the best to you. This will be the second time I've seen a fic with religion in it. The last one was more just taking different religions and ponifying them (Faust is God, the pitch book is the Bible, etc.) Did a pretty good job of it too. It was a one-shot, and [spoilers!] the punchline is Rarity's a Jew.
Anyway, can't wait to read it!
