That awkward moment when... · 4:52pm Aug 19th, 2020
...you get a new hyperfixation and suddenly it's been three weeks since you wrote anything.
I'm REALLY sorry, everyone! I genuinely thought it had only been half that long since I updated Multiverse!!
On the bright side, having some time off let me finish outlining one of my original projects, I've finally found a day job I think I could do reliably enough to get some income, and now I'm feeling much more rested and refreshed! I'm eager to get back to work, so regular updates should be returning soon!
On a TOTALLY unrelated note... I'm much more knowledgeable about Digimon than I was three weeks ago.
See you soon!

I hope it’s about General Digimanz, not the bullpoopie Adventure 2020 might be spoon-feeding you...
otter than that, there’s no need to rush...
it's all good, i've been distracted by various things so i didn't even realise, but I'm not good with remembering things as is heh. Can't wait for this arc to finish though, want to see what happens :)
2020 isn't that bad. Not as good as the original sure, but its more entertaining then season 4 was for me.

BLASPHEMER!
But Honestly, I am not saying it’s bad... just that is 101% full of bullpoopie for the new, badly trained children of today.

I'm a simple man. I don't need 2020 reboots, improved animation, 20+ years of worldbuilding, excellent monster design or classic characters. All it takes to enrapture me is
gorgeous, intelligentwomena good mystery!Jokes aside, how does a digimon game that came out in 2015 feel like it has more content, better writing, better gameplay, AND better graphics than pokemon Sword and Shield??? AND YOU CAN GET THE ENTIRE SEQUEL DELIVERED TO YOUR HOUSE FOR THE COST OF SW/SH's DLC!!!

tl,dr: Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth consumed my life for a few weeks and I don't regret it at all and I cannot wait for Hacker's Memory to arrive in the mail.

Yay! Digimon Cyber Sl(e)ut(h)!
Kuma in mind that the target audience of the pokeymanz is still the 10-12 years old sweet spot. it has to be simple, it has to be easy to digest, etc.
also, let’s not compare a proper videogame console to the TV accessories M$ and Sony push trying to get the cash of both normies and gamers alike, all based in the core tenant of “the consumers are morons”.
Disclaimer Do Not, I repeat: DO NOT read my answer ignoring the letters like This: (a)
Digimon is always good! (most of the time) And I feel that, how time slips in and out of focus. One second it's been a day, the next, surprise,it's almost a month. But, hey, original project progress ain't bad.
I've been there. I'm kind of hyperfixated on Phineas and Ferb at the moment. Trying to finish watching the whole series for the first time before their next movie Candace Across the Universe drops at the end of the month. I'm part way through Season 4 as of now.![](https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/twilightsmile.png)
5338906 Oooh you played Cyber Sleuth. Yeah, I can't blame you. Did you know that Hudie was named like that in honor of Koji Wada? (Although now I realize you haven't played Hacker's Memory yet. Well, you'll see.)

Curious as to how much Digimon media on the whole you've experienced? On the one hand, I got in via the anime and have seen all of them - often repeatedly - up to Digimon Fusion (inclusive), though I'm vaguely interested in seeing Tri and Appmon at some point. On the other hand, I never really paid attention to the games despite hearing good things about Cyber Sleuth.

To be honest, I only ever had a VERY passing interest in it in the past. I was squarely in the camp of "Pokemon" when it came to monster-taming franchises, though I've come to appreciate the two as different series now. I watched a couple episodes out of most series if they were on. My family had a VHS of the movie that my brother literally wore out re-watching. I think out of the anime, I got most invested in Tamers and Frontier, but even then I didn't watch a ton of it. I did watch most of the first season of Data Squad, too.
I guess the best way to put it would be that I've had sprinklings of most of the series, but never gone too in-depth with anything until Cyber Sleuth.
