    Woah!! What exactly IS Humor?!

It's forming a new positive connection in your brain which once had a negitive or neutral reaction that takes you by surprise, not to be confused with making you afraid.

    And boom, gone.

Deleted the heated blog post at the request of a friend, if you have a sour taste in your mouth after that, I don’t, so you shouldn’t either.

    Anyway, so ponies are cute.

I’m mad.

Someone I knew was shot to death again yesterday, that’s always fairly wretched. Not the police this time and upon hearing the circumstances, they SUPER had it coming, they made very unsafe, unwise, and immoral decisions leading up to it. Still a very depressing affair. Tired of people dropping like flies. Death is getting too commonplace for comfort.

An individual on this website that I know publicly denounced certain things which are core to my character. It feels like they shitted all over me personally with bravo. This individual has been told before they were being very insensitive by multiple people, and proceeded with gusto anyway while patting themselves on the shoulder. It’s my least favorite thing ever, and easily broke the straw on the camel’s back. I feel like someone put a shot of cyanide in my fruit juice and told me it was a multivitamin that I should be extremely grateful to them for. I’m confounded over how strong of an emotional grip they have over me, we don’t even talk to each other~

I gave up on getting my own place despite being a single step away from having a very cheap, nice, one room apartment because I love my grandparents and no one except me is going to take care of them. It’s not that my family dislikes them, it’s that everyone else is busy raising their own kids and earning daily bread. They need a caretaker badly now, so here I am.

Sub deserts are hot, and my grandmother has little internal body heat, meaning the AC has been off all summer.

Ask an angry, salty, bitter Banana anything. Or share your woes. I totally super ultra promise to answer in a punctual manner, and not pass out right after making this blog. No, really, definitely, for realsies-

Questions? Sure. Do you have a horse waifu? If so, who is it?

What sort of user comments on fics do you like to see the most? In depth psychoanalysis into the authors soul? Or maybe puns based on chapter titles?

Is there a point to any of this Sisyphusian chaos we call life?

Why bananers?

Favourite animal, or alternatively, favourite fictional animal?

And in a broader stroke, its shitty. The thing about people who are insensitive is half the time they have no idea theyre doing it. They're trapped in an echo chamber of their own beliefs and they just feed back into it, always assuming they're in the right. Ive debated too many conservatives and narcissts to have any degree of confidence that I have the ability to change anybodys moral opinions. Try to care as little about them as possible

I'm sorry. you're a good banana for taking care of your grandparents.

Why hello, Banana! Orange you glad to see me?

... cherish them while they're here to cherish, okay?

Is there anything we can do on our end to help?

Are you hanging out with a rough crowd, that getting shot is normal for them? Saying someone "super had it coming" casts a particular light on them.

Hang in there....you've gotten through bad days before so you know you can get through this one.

Do you like penguins?

At this point probably Sonata Dusk oddly enough. Scootaloo and her share some of my favorite designs and fan art.

Generally any comment I find funnier than the chapter itself~ Humor shouldn't be tied to my ethics, but when someone is good at telling a joke, they get an auto pass from me until they do something to discredit themselves. The whole entire comment section from Home is for the Weak is so uplifting that I sincerely believe it's improved my mental health.

I used to be religious, my faith is all but dead now. The only thing keeping me holding onto Christianity is the part of the ideal christian is to live in service of others. Nowadays I find myself living off the mentality of halfway "Say in truth in love," and "don't think too deeply about it, you'll probably break."

Had a friend who did joke fanart of beloved cringey OCs made from 12-16 years old, (anything before 19 years old is blurry to me.) One of them was a parody of a character Nicholas, named Pickleless. After he passed away, I changed my online handle to Pickleless to honor him. When making an account on this site, I needed a picture and typed fruit into google search, Banana was the first thing I found and said "Sure."

Giraffes. I find long necks to be extremely adorable. Part of the reason Celestia is my favorite princess. Favorite fictional species is fairy, fictional animal would be a phoenix.

Yeeeeeeah, I need to let go of this anger, I agree.

I was feeling deflated, but you blue up my day, thanks!

Yeah, that's what made me decide to stay.

Naaaaaah, you're a sweetheart for always checking in on me though.

You are as well~

Father of a childhood friend shot by teenagers. Friend is a decent guy compared to his father. I've heard... not good things about the man. As much as him and his father had an antagonistic relationship, my friend still spent the whole day grieving. It was a very surreal 24 hours, a lot of small, offbeat things unrelated also happened that day.

Used to love them, now it's a bit bittersweet since it's the spirit animal of an ex friend. Penguins are awesome though- well. They're adorable.

reads answers to questions because curious as well

Yeah i can see why Sonata is your favorite, shes is rather fun to watch.

Sadly no one gets my jokes as its either referencing something no ones seen/ remembers or is dark do to my sense of humor being rather dark and not really able to get it to work with your stuff else id give it a shot. And yes, positive feedback and general positive things does help with mental health so most likely said comment section has helped.

honestly, you can follow the tenements of a religion without being religious. I used to be Christian, now athiest but i still follow a lot of the ideals Christianity puts forth as most are good ideals to follow.

huh.....so thats where the name comes from.....and the image....thats honeslty sweet and amusing and i like how the image fits the name since its not a pickle.

HUZZAH a fellow fan of our glorious sunbutt!

honestly should have guessed that with home is For The Weak but still

HUZZAH a fello fan of our glorious cakeflanks!

letting go can be difficult, everyone does it at their own time and some arent able too. and either or is fine as its part of being human. despite this anger you are still a pretty awesome person with a pelasthera of creative works that honestly ive yet to read something i didnt like. you have a creative mind and a rather humorous way of looking at the world that really i cant help being entertained by. Youve legit gotten me through some bad day....or bad year as i found myself going back to your work when i was living in a car trying to dodge the police by changing what parking lot i slept in after being evicted when the place i was living sold to new owners. Your work never failed to improve my mood even though ive reread it multiple times it still makes me laugh. You legit have a way with humor that the jokes dont seem to grow old.

Keep being you and pretty sure we all will be here.

Here is mine with a bit of karma.

At my job corporate ordered us to start preparing for a new shift several months ago. They asked the head manager of sort I am on to begin to hire for this shift. Another part of corporate said not to hire for the shift where all the trading would be taking place because we cannot keep new hires because the beer bug has made us busier then our typical busy season. So this manager was “trying” to get the proper approval to get an exemption so they can start hiring when the hammer came down and this new shift must start now. My job is union so they forced from the bottom up to cover this shift.

Our HR department for our center starts dragging their feet and not massively hiring only one or two people a week for a shift that needs well over 50 employees. The people in HR who where doing the hiring for some reason was telling the new hires completely wrong information about this shift so once they starting getting the training they would quit because it wasn’t what they signed up for. Now just about two months ago my department needed to start covering this shift because they finally realized we where needed and I wanted some more hours so I volunteered.

After nearly two months of this the people from my shift who where being forced to cover this shift started quitting because this was far outside of what they where hired for. Now they where getting overtime but at times this was almost two hours a night. HR finally has it through their thick skulls and starts mass hiring but they continue to give the new hires the wrong information so a class of 11 people may have only one person by the second week and that person rarely makes it to week three. At this point I now have three of my coworkers from my department helping me due to how much the volume has gone up.

So over the past few days karma has come calling a bit, see corporate has decided to downsize the HR department and outsource it to a third party. The idiots in HR who couldn’t do their jobs are being shown the door. Now sadly this means people are loosing their jobs, but our HR was next to impossible to get a hold of during regular business hours much less when my shift was in operation. Still I am expecting to be doing this extra shift getting overtime M-F for the next few months and it just is draining me hard.

Um, would a hug help? :fluttercry:
