    The Bean is loose!

Okay. Somebody left the front gate open, and Baked Bean has gotten out and wandered off again.

If you happen to spot him, do not approach, do not get him wet, do not expose to direct sunlight, and whatever you do, don't feed him after midnight. (It makes him gassy.)

    Follow up to Bleh

    Modmyths asks:

Have you thought about starting up a Go Fund Me for it?

(It being my broken water line, just to be clear.)

The answer is no, I hadn't thought of that.

    But!

I went out and got more bids, and found a general contractor who could do the job for 3k.

    A Correction

It has come to the attention of management that a typographical error has occurred in chapter 13 of New Noses Know.

Specifically, the name of the thestral being interviewed by Garbanzo and Lima Bean. The story egregiously listed her name as Short Shift.

    Her name is Night Shift.

Happy Anniversary! · 9:28pm Aug 12th, 2020

Can you believe that No Nose was published 3 years ago today? Crazy, eh?

I was gonna do a special anniversary chapter in Preggo Nose, but real life has conspired against me and I don't have one ready. (But I still want to do one later. :) So, instead, I thought I'd put up a little question in the official Bean group for all of you to answer, if you'd like. Or, if you'd prefer, you can leave your answer here.

But what I want to know is this: when did you first start reading No Nose? Did you see it when it was first published, and have followed it since then? Did you wait until the complete tag was put on it? Did you read about it in Jake the Army Guy's blog post? Did you take a risk and click on it when it was in the featured box?

If you really like, you can even put what you like about No Nose, either just the story or the series as a whole. :trollestia: You can even put what you don't like, if you want. I'm not a perfect writer, so I'm sure I've had my fair share of missteps while writing. (In saying this, let's leave Harem Noses out of the discussion. That one is controversial, to say the least, and would quickly overwhelm the comments. Stick to just No Nose, This Nose, Ancient Noses, and Preggo Nose, please.)

I look forward to reading your replies! :yay:

...I think it was Jake's post... It's been a while so I don't quite really remember.

I saw no nose know in the side label "similar" and i read the description and i said 'huh this actually interesting' and the rest is history.

I read the whole series until the pregnant nose was still on going. That took me only a week, cause is so good

You should be very proud of yourself for all of the hard work you've put into your writing. Bean and Celestia are one of the best pairings I've ever seen on this site

Wow! Three years? That’s amazing!

I think I first heard about it very near the beginning? I know No Nose had ten or less chapters in it when I found it? Forget if it was featured by then or in my similar box or elsewhere. Looked cute though so I've went to read and been reading and mostly staying caught up since then.
Congrats on three years! That is just amazing! No Nose is seriously one of my favorite series on this site, if not THE favorite of mine. ^.^ Bean and Celestia are just so adorable together. <3

I started reading it about one year ago and just can't stop reading it over and over again it's what really got me into the mlp fandom.

when did you first start reading No Nose?

A day before Christmas 2018. I started reading during my night shift.

Did you see it when it was first published, and have followed it since then?

No, I had seen it and it sounded interesting so I have put it on read later. At that time I was fishing for new fics to read.

Did you wait until the complete tag was put on it?

No, as I stumbled over it, it was already completed. Usually, I wait until a fic has the complete tag, it's very frustrating to start reading a fic, that maybe doesn't get a proper ending. If the Idea behind a fic sounds good to me I put it on tracking and wait. Preggo Nose and The Harem Noses are still on my tracking list.

Did you read about it in Jake the Army Guy's blog post?

I don't know that blog.

Did you take a risk and click on it when it was in the featured box?

I don't remember if it was that way.

Bean and Celestia together are fun to read and make a cute couple. I like the gentle humour of the story and I love the Celestia as you write her. What irked me, that you have given Luna a love history but not Celestia. She is over 1000 Years old, that would be very solitary thousand Years. I would think that she loved and lost many times. I don't think being immortal is easy, you see generations come and go and you're constantly losing friends. But that are my dark thoughts on that matter.
I liked it like Luna thinks of Bean as a free loader and got protective over her sister.

So I'm in for the next three years.
