That is just unimaginable! I can't understand why she would put her children in danger or continue being friends with this couple, except that she was attracted to having a sexual relationship with them. She obviously had no concern for you or your children.
Good description of events, though to show how things progressed, you might tell how your relationship with her was before she became involved with the other couple. How did she met them? How was your relationship at the time? Just a couple of things I was wondering while I read through this.
