Farewell, "From Far Beyond"...

Hello folks. Welcome to perhaps the hardest blog post that I've yet to write.

Since my arrival on the site, my big fanfiction magnum opus has been "From Far Beyond". I'm sure that most of my followers have read what I've put up of it so far.

But as time has gone on, I've just lost my spark for writing it. And perhaps even more damningly, my years of being in this and other fandoms have awakened me to the flaws in the story's overall narrative and central character. It just...isn't too good, now that I look back on it.

And so after some thought and with a heavy heart, I have the following announcement to make.

As of today, I am officially marking "From Far Beyond" as cancelled.

For all of you who began following me due to this story, thank you for giving me your attention. I'll forever remember this as an important chapter in my fledgling writing career, and I'm thankful for the friends I've made who might have been initially drawn to this story

But I feel a bit improper with leaving everyone completely hanging. And because of this, I plan to write a blog post sometime in the future detailing where the story would have gone from Chapter 5 as compensation, just so you all can see what might have been.

And I do have plans for other stories in the future. Hopefully I'll be able to develop them far better than this one. So keep on the lookout for those when they arrive
