Same world that my previous Celestia's from! Ignore the random writing lol, that's just the scribbles of a madman who obsesses over their fictional worlds too much
first pride month that I've ever celebrated! I'm no longer homophobic and I'm so much happier, happy pride month to all the guys, gals, and nonbinary pals out there!
5293039 Wait, there's a NETFLIX series??? No. I have not. 5293041 Why, thank you kindly. My Latin skills also include cursing death upon the heads of my enemies. 5293047 Well, my mom's forced me to learn it since I started school, but I was allowed to drop it this year in favor of learning Japanese instead. I never really liked it. But we actually HAVE a copy of the book IN Latin (to this day I have no idea where my parents got it) and I just use my leftover Latin knowledge to pronounce it... approximately correct. 5293052 Lol thx. 5293063 Or I could do... both at the same time. Apemday uamtay ixvay robabopay. Uostay iboscay onnay ustabogay. 5293083 Lol. It's my little brother's preferred version of the story, for some reason.
5293091 I've actually taken a couple of years of Japanese myself. It's pretty rusty but I still could hold a really stunted convo and my hiragana knowledge is still totally intact, as is some other stuff.
Why did you have to learn Latin though? It's a dead language.
5293093 Because it sets down a pretty good foundation of knowledge. A lot of languages are derived from Latin--for instance, my sister is fluent and Spanish, and learned EXTREMELY quickly because she'd learned Latin previously. I never really got into it, the program I used was pretty dry and uninteresting. I was really glad when I dropped it, and I'm having a blast studying Japanese.
5293109 Okay, that makes a lot of sense. I had the chance to learn Latin in high school and it was like reviewing a vocabulary list all the time. I don't blame you.
Have you seen the Netflix series?
How do you know Latin?
Noice
Now do it in Pig Latin!
A new level of sophistication to Dr. Seuss

Dont accidentally summon demons!

I have no need for demons. My younger brothers exist.
(Jk, they're actually very good and I love them.)

Best I could do is Pig Latin.
I remember my Latin course from the first year in university. I hated it. On the second thought, I don't remember my Latin course.
