Another story, almost done! · 12:43am May 23rd, 2020
Hey guys, this isn't that monthly wrap-up with summer plans. Sorry 'bout that. Just know that it'll be here soon. Though, with that out of the way, have some pony-talk below the break.
My Starlight Glimmer story here is one of the longer stories I've written since Distance Beyond Any Measure wrapped up. It's a prequel-sequel to one of my more popular stories. I understand there's a tonal dissonance between the prequel and this one, but it's been fun to write. It's got pre-show Starlight, and who doesn't like a bit of villain days Glim-Glam?
(A lotta folks, apparently?)
This one will be wrapping up tomorrow. I don't normally write short stuff past 5k when I deviate from my main projects, but this one will be sitting around complete at over seven thousand words. If you're still in self-isolation and you're in a position where being bored and finding long enough pony stories to read is your biggest worry (because let's face it, a lot of folks have some very big things to worry about right now), then this might be the story for you.
I don't normally make blogs for the express purpose of non-update of longfics and non-new story stuff, at least not recently, but this little wordboi has plenty of room for comments.
Until then, I hope y'all are doing well. I have more stuff to type away at, plan, and old notebooks of ponyfic to poke into... (and there will be more on that soon!)
