Just a quick heads up on where things are.
Spot of Tea
Looking at overhauling it very soon so that it reads more like part of John then moving it into John to be the prologue.
A Deer Named John
Already written chapters - Looking at a few fixes, other than simple edits which continue to this day. Considering doing an extension to Deer oh Deer as well as a tiny cosmetic change to Rock Crush Love?
New chapters - I am actually working on the two next chapters at the same time. Only thing really holding me back is burnout/real life stuff. Have moved from plotting them to actively writing them so, hopefully soon.
Future chapters - I have finally got the base for the entire story plotted. Things may change from this base but at least I have something solid to work from. The chapter list is finally complete!
I also have a tentative idea for a chapter of Coping of a Former Human.
I may try to see if I can get all of these done in one big update/post day. I know, a bit ambitious but I hate feeling like I'm neglecting everyone who is reading and enjoying these stories.

Update 1 - The re-master of Spot of Tea is complete and now just waiting for me to post the, as yet unfinished, next chapter of John.
Update 2 - Minor alterations of Ochre's outfit have been added to chapters Rock Crush Love? and Muck Muck Clean Up and are already viewable.
I know how hard it can be for force inspiration. For me, I find it comes when it comes. I know that, for you, it may hurt to disappoint your fans but these things take time. For anyone else who is a true passionate writer on this site, they should understand that too as they struggle with their own work.
As long as you feel that urge inside, your stories will be born. It's unwise to force the birth of pregnancy too early. It needs time to develop.
And of course, you have real-life stuff too. That's also important. I, for one, cheer and support you.

The reason I'm working on the next two chapters at the same time is that the events in them happen at the same time just mostly different locations while the characters come and go across the two chapters. It is more about getting my head around character movement and making it consistent than anything else.
The change proposed for Deer oh Deer is one which has been niggling at me for a while. The tiny change for Rock Crush Love? was actually one you recommended a while ago which I have been thinking about and will put in at some point. Thank you for that.

Thanks. These ones have more appearances of the guest characters, so look forward to their continuing bits of plot (even those with tiny moments as these are really preparation for bigger ones for certain guests).
