The draft for the next chapter, current title (MA2-C3) City Search, is finally complete. It still needs a little tidying up but, so long as major changes don't need to happen, it shouldn't be long until it is posted. If major changes do need to happen, I will post an update. The title may still change if I come up with something better before it is posted.
It has been an absolute headache, fighting me all the way, even to the very last word. So many parts have been re-written some many times I can't even count how many. Neither can I say it has been fun. Logistically it has been a nightmare moving this many characters around, covering this many tiny yet important things. Throw in major real life issues, which are still very much ongoing, I am somewhat amazed to finally see the end of the draft.
A massive part of getting it done has been finally getting Cremator's voice in my head after so long. Crucial as she is the point of view character for this one (trust me, I tried every character possible and none of them worked for this chapter). She is not easy to write when depression drags me so low. She is just too fun-loving and free and, considering where I have mentally been as recently as only a couple of weeks ago, this story nearly would have never continued... at least under my direction.
The next chapter is from John's perspective, so at least that will be a little easier.
I am still here. Just very much struggling. I've stared at this chapter every day, I am not kidding. The file lives open on my desktop. I never wanted this to take this long. For those who have stuck around through this, thank you and I'm sorry. For those who found it in the time I've struggled, thank you and I'm sorry. For those who gave up on it in that time, I am sorry but thank you for giving it a chance. I really do want to get this project done and share it with all of you, for better or worse.

Would you like help with the editing? Maybe I can also offer creative suggestions, jokes, comments, questions. I may not speak for all humanity so I can't be a stand in for all your audience but it might help to have some kind of measuring stick.
On that note, you familiar with google docs? At this point I can't remember if you are. If you're not, it's like a free version of an online word document. It is also cloud storage, but about as importantly, multiple people can potentially cooperate on the same document without having to affect your original. It can also serve as a backup copy. After all of your struggles, I figured all of these suggestions combined may help. Maybe also just the listening ear of a friend.
