Much of the first side story for A Deer Named John is written. I am just not happy with how the ending currently stands. Want to do a bit more work on it otherwise I would have pushed to post it by now.
Today was always going to be a low writing day as I was celebrating the birthday of my ex who passed away a few years ago. People may think it odd, but I choose to honour their memory by playing a video game they loved. Normally it is Arkham City, but today was Arkham Asylum. It is also always a game which can be played in a day, otherwise it would be Skyrim.
The stuff regarding my Aunt may take my attention though. Things... It has not been a good day, even though it started that way. We are probably talking hours now. What could have been a chance to return home for her final days was lost at lunch time today. I am told she is in no pain. So, at least there is that.
Good bye 2019, may 2020 bring us even a pinch more kindness,

I'm sorry tgat you and your family are going through such an ordeal. My condolences, and I hope some much needed good knocks at your door this coming year.
