A couple of weeks ago I got inspired to write some content for Empire, but due to its nature and the way I wanted to tell this part of the story, it wouldn't fit within the chapter/story-arc I've already established. I'm absolutely going to finish this one before continuing with the rest of Empire, as I do consider it to be a canon entry in the story, unfortunately, a cold knocked me on my backside for several days out of the last week or so. This resulted in me not having as much time as I originally planned to work on this side story, so look for it to be posted sometime a week or so after Christmas. (Hell, call it a "non-denominational winter holiday special.")
