I keep a folder of pictures that are potential story ideas on Derpibooru. I was actually able to take one of them off earlier today, since I'm nearly finished with the concept. (It's my Jinglemas entry, so I won't say anything more.) In that vein, I thought I'd show a few along with some thoughts on them:

Sunset being the star of her own Harem anime where the harem is made entirely of Twilight variations just seems like natural escalation. We've been doing Twilight/Sunset/Sci-Twi since possibly even before Sci-Twi was canonically introduced, and now that we have two more Twilight shaped characters, it seems like the obvious progression.

Moondancer is clearly Twilight's Echo Fighter. The difference is that Twlight has a sweetspot the tip of her horn's hitbox, where as Moondancer's horn's hitbox is consistent across the entire length.
With the Sparkle-harem, does that mean that Mean Twilight would be the Tsundere one?
I remember seeing a similar comic to the last. It, however, had a still baby Pumpkin, and ended with her confused as her mother suddenly gave her a hug.

I would LOVE to see what you do with Torch, Accidental Dragon Lord. The artist's drabbles on it are hilarious, but not nearly enough.

OK, I know that when you were talking about that potential contest, what you said is a contest that uses fanart as prompts, but what I immediately thought of when I read that was something different. A contest or something, where fanartists, ones who have artistic talents but maybe not literary ones, creating fan art work designed as story prompts for stories they have the ideas but are unable to create for whatever reason. It would be a cool way for the fanart and fanfic communities to collide.
