“Alright, now tell me, my dear friend, what inspired your username?
Response:
Originally it was Tempest Knight. I had been fascinated by the 1100-1600 European culture since I was a lad. I changed to Tempestus after the movie came out because the original name felt too corny and I also didn't want to get confused with ms sparkle horn.
“What drew you into Mlp?
Response:
All my friends in school way back when were into it and convinced me to give it a shot… I didn't like it at first really. Then I moved away and things that normally happen happened and I started watching the show with my newborn sisters in 2014.
“Who is your favorite pony and why?
Response:
Rainbow Dash.
Although, to be fair Luna and Scootaloo are close on the tied list. I feel I have always had a connection with Dash. Call it the will to be a winner or be the fastest, perhaps just the love of flight. My only complaint is that she often sticks her hoof in her mouth but hey, I do the same.
“Favorite episode and why?”
Response:
Loaded question?
If I had to choose… cause I don't really have one… that one fan service episode when Time Turner does the calculation ls for bowling. I like seeing the other characters, the less involved characters get a little lime light.
“What inspires you to write?”
Response:
I have been writing since before I joined the fandom, I just never posted it online before and most of it was garbage Transformers fics or Halo stuff that I never finished. That said, many things inspire me to write, I honestly have too many crossover ideas in my head and have a story planning list as long as the Nile River.
“Tell us about your favorite story, and why it inspires you to write. It doesn't have to be mlp specifically!”
Response:
Favorite story, well that is a toss up, I have a few. Hatchet, A Higher Call, Seventh Tower Series, Fallout: Equestria. I can't really say they inspire me to write though, perhaps they inspire my writing style, Percy Jackson is certainly one I try to mime.
“Give us the background of the author! Tell us all about you. Well in a short summary.
Response:
I am a 24 year old male, training pilot, I live and breath airplanes. I game in my free time, Halo, Pub G, Civilization. I have too many ideas, and I enjoy working on projects like cosplays and my truck.
“With Mlp coming to an end, tell us one thing you have learned from your experiences, and how it has helped you to grow?
Response:
Love and tolerate the shit out of people, someone worthwhile is bound to notice eventually.
“Is there anything else you'd like to say?
Response:
I will be here for years to come, I shall die with the herd.
