Accompanying Twilight as she returned from her expedition in his world, the breezie Honeydew has to learn how to live with his marefriend... in the incomprehensible vastness that is the world of Equestria
and I have trouble finding players atm. I need 2 more people, so if anyone wants to join us, he'd be very welcome.
The campaign is made in a homebrew setting I don't want to spoil too much about, but it'll focus on a couple factions and intrigue over combat, though there'll be some of that as well. The first session (if I can find 2 more players) would be on Friday, 17:30 GMT+1
My roleplaying group just disbanded and im looking for a new one. Have no experience with Roll20 yet though, and I dont know how I feel about joining a group with 6-players, which seems to be the only option
Simply put, I want Void Trials as a printed book, for myself for christmas, this requires a bunch of work, so I'm currently not working on Sweet as Honeydew until that is completed. it should take at most 3 weeks, after that it'd be too late anyway.
I think the best estimates can be achieved by looking at Applebuck season way back in season 1. It's been a long time since I've seen that episode, and so some things I say may be wrong, feel free to correct me.
Lets assume Applejack, when working at a normal pace, bucks an average of 1 tree every 3 minutes (Taking into account the time it takes to move the buckets, as well as pull the wagon that she fills as she goes with her and back to the barn). Then lets assume she works for 10 hours per day during that episode. We also know her performance decreases with time, since by the end she doesn't even realise she's kicking a tree with no apples on it.
lets assume she works for 4 days (I honestly have no idea, been ages since I saw the episode). And let's assume she works at the following rates. Day 1: 1 tree per 3 minutes Day 2: 1 tree per 5 minutes Day 3: 1 tree per 10 minutes Day 4: 1 tree per 20 minutes.
Let's also assume she is stopped by her friends halfway through day 4, at the 5 hour mark.
From this we can calculate: Day 1: 200 Day 2: 120 Day 3: 60 Day 4: 15 For a grand total of 395
Since she was only half done by the end of the episode we can double this to 790 trees, or ~800 trees in the entire orchard.
But remember, I made a lot of assumptions, so I could be totally wrong.
5142312 5142298 thanks for your help, you two. Now, I really hate to say this, but this sunday will still not be it. im about 2/3 through the chapter, but its been extremely chewy. Depending on how tomorrow goes, I may be able to put it up on Tuesday, its basically going up the day I finish it.
I would say approx 1300. This comes from Big Mac's line from Apple Buck Season (S1E4): " One pony pluss hundreds of apple trees". I figured 1300 would numerous enough to be counted in hundreds and but nowhere near enough to be counted in thousands.
513. Exactly. She counted. Twice.

thanks. is that cannon? when did she count?

Nah, I'm just trying to be funny.
I know it's a lot of trees, seeing as they have acres worth of land though.

Don't worry about it. Writing is a process. It takes time. Don't stress out over it.
