Friendly reminder, there are four weeks left in Imposing Sovereigns II. With the finale having aired, every detail is now freely usable in your entries, up to and including stories featuring Luster Dawn or any of the canon offspring we saw in the closing montage. Signups are still open, and there are even a few preexisting alicorn slots still available. And in case it needs to be said, if I never responded to you reserving a slot, you're in.
Don't panic! There's still plenty of time... though you might want to get an outline written down or something.

Call it wishful thinking.
Already got my cover art sorted. Now I just need to finish writing it!
As mentioned, I've already had most of the outline in my head around the time I came up with my interpretation of "Twilight will not outlive her friends", which was months before the contest actually started. The same laziness that made it eligible is the only thing in the way of writing it.
6K words written. Hoping to get it in under 15K.

I had almost finished mine, then I decided I didn’t like one of the major plot points anymore so I’m rewriting most of it. Fun times!
I have an outline. I have several scenes down on paper. Now to overcome my procrastination and actually finish writing it!
I've made it a little past that point so far. That's how I know that I'm ~2,000 / ~13,000 words through writing it!
Then I've gotta edit it, 'cause I already know it needs cleaned in more ways than simply removing unnecessary bits. If I can keep chugging at it, though, I should be able to keep on top of—
