Wow, been a hot minute, eh?
I've missed this site. Last year, I went through Some Shit over the summer and fall, and then I got engaged in November to a very nice man.
We get married in five days, and I had noticed a lot of registry gifts coming in all of a sudden with real names attached that I did not recognize.
I'm sure most of you saw Wanderer D's post. I left a comment, but I'm going to say here as well: Thank you. Thank you EVERYONE <3 For the love, the well wishes, and the contributions to our registry (which I was surprised by and did not expect).
See, D had hit me up, asking if he could share our link to some mutual friends. I was unaware it was 4,000 mutual friends.
I love you guys, and I'm overwhelmed for so many reasons, but this is such a GOOD reason.
Also, shoutout to EVERYONE that helped with getting Professor Plum here to America to be a bridesman for me. He's one of my very best friends, and I cannot wait to give him the world's biggest bear hug.
I owe so much to this community for helping to make our day so special and also for making my life for the last seven years so special through all my ups and downs. I don't know how to pay you guys back.
