I'm just going to keep this as simple as possible. After January 2nd, I will be on an indefinite hiatus to deal with some personal demons. I'm not sure exactly how long this will last but rest assured, I do plan to be back whenever I'm done.
For those wondering, I'm still here and I'm still writing stories. Just with work, art commissions, and the holiday season, the stories have slowed to a crawl. But fear not, Saturday will be the release of the next chapter of Home For The Holidays. So get ready for more magical baby hijinks later this week.

Okay. Maybe I'm paranoid, maybe I'm not. But when I went to work tonight at midnight, The Long Road: Recovery was at a 12 to 6 positive rating. Four hours later on my lunch break, I noticed that it's now at a 13 to 9 positive rating. Is chapter 2 really that bad or am I being trolled?

Don't let those downvotes discourage you or drag you down. The only thing that speaks louder than upvotes/downvotes is people who liked your stories, added them to their bookshelves, and provide feedback in the comments.
Believe it or not, I disabled the ratings of my story twice because of the downvotes. I reminded myself several times that everyone is different, I cannot please everybody, and if they have problems with others' stories, that's on them. Just ignore the haters or trolls and carry on with what you enjoy doing.
