Dear Google... · 12:49am Nov 4th, 2019
When placing random ads before videos on YouTube, please keep in mind that an ad is NOT five minutes long. An ad is normally fifteen seconds to two minutes at the most.
Thank you.

Truth!
THANK YOU, I once had an ad that was an hour long!

Try an hour and 45 minutes. Crazy stuff
I find ads to be pretty annoying before, during, and after watching a video on YouTube.
Meanwhile, Google be over in the corner like:

I use music on YouTube to go to sleep, and about half the time there is an ad (90% of the time, there is) it’s for an action game, and includes actual gunfire noises, I mean, I wouldn’t mind if it was for the app called calm, but Jesus Christ, I WANT TO SLEEP!!

I feel you. Happens to me too whenever I listen to ASMR.
I installed an adblock on my browser. I love watching youtube so much more now.
Amen, brother. They occasionally show two ads in one, but have you noticed that the skip button has an extra second on it before the ad ends? They basically force you to sit through it! (We come to YT to get away from ads that we get plagued with on TV, not to watch more of them!)
Oh, and thanks for the follow, man! 💛

Yeah I noticed that about the ads also.
Not a problem. I thought I had done it months ago when I discovered that awesome reading of Dark Sunset.
