You know, I find it kind of ironic that I set up in Last Draconequus that Discord wants a fish for a pet as early as being around 4 or 5, and (very briefly) has one after he's taken captive in the circus... and then in book canon, he turns out to have a fish pet that he put in magical stasis before getting turned to stone, and he follows orders from Celestia with the promise of getting his pet back.
I really should do more with Quincy the fish. Since I went and foreshadowed his existence before the book that established his existence had even been written... :-)

It is purely a conspiracy theory. In fact Hasbro bans writers from scouring this site, and fanfiction generally, for ideas.
Which is not to say that writers don't do it, but if they do, they are acting against policy.

It is. It makes sense, too. The whole Discord reformation started here pretty much right after Return of Harmony, when Eurobeat Brony did the song that was remixed by Tombstone.

It was a cute little story and even a nice reference to Star Trek since I think Discord falls him Q at some point in the book.
