Hey readers!
First off. I appreciate all the messages of encouragement from people who may have noticed I seemingly dropped off the face of the planet.
The good news is, I am still on terra firma, the bad news is that terra firma is full of pollen and this is the worst season yet. Now, I'm taking allergy shots that will help EVENTUALLY, but I still need tons and tons of nasal decongestants and some antihistamines just to get through the day. It makes writing a tad difficult.
Work has also kept me busier than usual. Thankfully, I find my career very fulfilling. It just means less time for other things.
And last and most importantly, sorry ladies, but I'm currently off the market likely indefinitely. So that's also affecting how I chose to spend my time.
That all being said, things will likely pick up a bit once allergies lesson up.
But that doesn't mean I've put a hold on all things horse words. In fact, expect a new one-shot any day now.
But most importantly, I'm going to be at EFNW. I'm going to be on panels at Everfree North West. In fact, I'm hosting a few.
I'll try to get more details into this space at some point, but look forward to me chillin' with a buncha other FimFiction writers including but not limited to Nova Quill, The Albinocorn, and Heartshine.
Look forward to Nova and I talking about the cover-art process and how we've both inspired the other, Albi and I talking 'bout Sunset, and Heartshine , myself, and others getting a little more serious with how writing can be a good outlet to deal with those heavier moments in life.
I'm also going to do a TWI talk on Comedy and will be on a writing panel about epic-length stories as well as AUs with Heartshine hosting the later. Most of these will be in the writing center with the Sunset talk and Cover-art talk outside that space. Or just try to pick out the wizardly looking gent walking around with a seven-year-old girl and whose hand seems to be permanently affixed to a woman's with a smile of near perfect contentment.
That's PROBABLY me.

Yep. It's one of my favorites.
For allergies... Allegra. Honestly. I've had variable success with different decongestants and anti-allergy medication over the years, and nothing beats Allegra's 24 hour medication. It's a full day of stress-free breathing. Which translates to feeling less tired and not like I'm fighting to overcome inertia in the diaphragm some days. Plus, much better sleep.
