Mom starts on Chemo and Immuno Therapy tomorrow. Prognoses are not optimistic though. The cancer has spread. Doctors say that with the therapy she will, hopefully, have at least another year, barring any complications. But beyond that is anyones guess. Of course they could be completely wrong and she could just drop dead in a month or two. Suffice to say we are all on edge.
A year is hopeful?! What is this Warpcraft?!
Quick, someone get me my bolter; I've got some Nurglings to slaughter...
honestly doctors told my mom the same thing when she had really aggressive stage 4 skin cancer and that was like 16 years ago so just take it a day at a time
Hang in there dude
I wish you the best of luck. Coming from someone who has lost their mom already i know it's not a easy prospect to entertain.
I'm still hoping for the best for her. No matter what, take care and be there for her.
Dear old dad had cancer in his liver. After repeated treatments, they told him he had three years, tops. That was in 1995. My dad stuck around until 2006, more than tripling his time and it wasn't even the cancer that got him in the end, he passed on from pneumonia.
That 1 year is a conservative estimate. No-one can tell when a loved one will pass, so take it from Grahf 5037794
and I, take it one day at a time.
Very sorry to hear about your family situation take all the time you need were just glad your still writting and send you and your family our best
My grandma had lymphosatic leukemia. Wasn't a charmed life, but she stuck around for a decade or so after starting chemo.
Heck, she didn't even die of cancer either. Much like 5041706 dad
So I'll second the "one day at a time" advice from 5037794
Good luck and my sincerest prayers for your mother and the rest of you guys.
