Whoops! Looks like my title refrences another story. · 9:34am Jan 16th, 2019
I have been informed that Project Starfall is used in Project Horizons as a plot important thing. Nor, I assume, did the dozen or so people I asked in a FO:E discord knew it was a major plot related thing's name... Or they trolled me XD
To avoid confusion, as my story has nothing to do with Project Horizons, I have changed the title to:
Fallout Equestria: Operation Star Drop
(For plot reasons, it's got to have star in it. Which limits good names somewhat.)
Oh THAT'S why the title seemed vaguely familiar.
Oh son of a.., I’m sorry Meep I completely blanked on that...
4997838 XD, not my Discord. A Fallout Equestira FAN discord XD

Do you have a discord server, and if the answer is yes, how do I join?
It's probably because Project Horizons is an absolute monster length of a story, not many people sit through the whole thing.

And it went on for so long with so many thing that you just forget names, especially of the countless "projects" it mentions.
4997905 Sure do! Here you go.

4997946 4998011 I coudln't get past ch 16. The story simply dosnt feel fallouty or pony...ie to me. I would have still enjoyed it even so if it wernt also clearly trying to be both those things, and in my opinion, failing.

It's a very gritty and in some cases downright depraved take on fallout, yes. That alone takes away a lot of the pony stuff that leaves fallout to something uniquely enjoyable. At the same time, while it takes Project Horizons a little longer to pony, it excels at creating a vibrant pre-war scene and making a good deal of consistent zebra mythos as well. That's why I like it, above all else.
I get why ya don't like it, to be clear. It doesn't have the same feel as FoE. But it is respectable for what it is.
4998291 Oh nonono. I am not dumping on PH. That's not how I meant it. I just meant it's not for me.
