"We've been getting a lot of calls about excessive noise in the downtown area, usually around noon every day. We don't anticipate any trouble, just ask her to knock it off. Should be nice and easy."
"Good afternoon ma'am."
"Oh no, is it the afternoon already? Oh, I took so long doing my noon show that I missed my show at 1!"
"That's actually what we need to talk about."
"I like talking!"
"I can tell. Mind telling me what you're doing?"
"I'm playing music!"
"Any particular reason?"
"Nope.
"Well I need to ask you to stop."
"How come? You don't like music?"
"I didn't like music, but-"

"Please stop ma'am."
"Why?"
"We've had complaints you're making too much noise."
"Well duh, silly, that's what music is!"
"Yes, but a lot if ponies here don't like it."
"You mean nopony likes my playing?"
"I'm sure a few do, but-"
"Oh good!"
"Ma'am, if you do that again I'm going to confiscate your instrument."
"If you wanna play too you just have to ask!"
"No, I want you to not play."
"Why?"
"Because some ponies are upset and you're bothering them."
"Who?"
"The complaints were anonymous."
"That's a big word. Did Twilight complain?"
"I don't know who that is."
"Do you think she dislikes my playing?"
"I don't know."
"Well you go get her and we'll find out!"
"She didn't seem violent so we didn't take her to the station or cuff her, but we did have to remand her to Ponyville General Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. Hopefully she can get the help she needs soon."
Later: "Is this the officer who recommended a psych eval for Miss Pie? Thanks to you, two of our nurses quit and the doctor who performed the examination had to be enrolled at the Ponyville Psychiatric Facility. I understand your reasoning, but the fact is, we simply aren't equipped to deal with...that."

And yet if there's a human equivalent it's probably the Uilleann pipes of Ireland which have a haunting other worldly quality if played well, and are voted most likely to terminally upset every living thing in hearing range if they're not, beating out even the great pipes of Scotland in that regard...
