COPS: Equestria Edition

"We got a call about a pegasus flying over Ponyville, seemed to be having trouble flying in a straight line, was yelling erratically. We're assuming she's intoxicated, just gonna fly an intercept and have a chat with her."

"Excuse me, ma'am."
"Good evening offisher!"
"Where ya headed tonight?"
"I'm just headin' home from a party at the Wonderbolt Academy."
"A party, huh? Have any ciders there?"
"Oh yeah, I drank ALL the ciders, like, six, at least."
"Are you aware the legal limit for cider consumption within six hours of flying is three mugs?"
"D-Did I say six, I meant two, yeah two."
"Ma'am I'm gonna need you to pull a landing on that cloud bank over there."
"Why?"
"We can't have you flying, it's illegal to fly while under the influence of cider."
"I'm fine, I can fly!"
"Ma'am, I'm only going to ask you one more time. Please, it's for your own safety, we don't want you to hurt yourself."
"I can fly fine, watch, Imma do a loopy-loop an' then I'll do a Sonic Rainboom! Zoom!"

"Suspect declared intent to perform a Sonic Rainboom, flew into a tree branch while attempting a loop-the-loop, passed out on the ground. She doesn't appear to be seriously injured, so we're gonna take her back to the station to sleep it off for now."
