Why hello fellows! I'm back for good now and ready to get working on all the projects/stories/competitions/events/witch hunts I've been delaying.
What's currently going on in my life:
After being rejected for two interviews (which apparently I passed), not hearing back from eight jobs and having McDonalds flat-out reject me, I've decided that work probably isn't the most important thing at the moment. So, I'm going to try and distribute my time accordingly between college and pony stories. I've also set up an alt account for when I fancy writing more... unconventional stuff. Put simply, a ton of one-shots that I don't want to bother you guys with.
Now, I'm going to be reducing my role in the TWE ever-so-gradually, ensuring that work gets evenly split between the admins that do a lot and the admins that do less. I'll still be organising events and whatnot, but I'll be delegating some of the more admin-ey stuff I deal with to the others. For example, EqD messages. Any matters that involve the group will be discussed between the TWE admins, and whoever is last to type "Hell naw, I'm not writing a PM in response to a EqD request" shall be the writer of said PM.
Lastly: family issues ongoing; relationship problems sorted; stress levels slowly decreasing; college workload rising.
Updates:
Brushy: I want your opinions on this. Do I release the rewritten chapters as I finish them, or in one big go? So far I've added about 500 words onto each chapter, so it's coming along pretty well.
I'll update this further when I have more time.

To answer on your Brushy question I'd say take every second you need for each chapter then submit all of it in one go. Also... welcome back!!!
472388 Gotta agree, I think it would be better to do it all in one go, that way, if your rewrites have a cliffhanger, the reader can just go to the next chapter rather than waiting for the next one to be re-written.

We all got some real-life issues, and it's something we just have to deal with. And I guess for most of us ponyfiction is one major way to relax and to put aside any real issues for a few moments. As long as being around here doesn't feel like work, that is. Don't stress yourself too much with TWE, and remember that everything you do there is completely voluntary—at least in theory; in practice your fellow admins may put some pressure on you, but anyway...
About Brushy: Like I mentioned already elsewhere, it is your story and in the end it is up to you what you do with it. I also mentioned I wouldn't likely read already published chapters again, but if them are different enough from originals and if you are even adding some new stuff, I guess I may just re-read it anyway... I have no preferences whether you re-publish it in one piece or one chapter at a time, though.
By the way, some completely unrelated and unnecessary thing I noticed... You usually seem to write these blog posts late in the evening or around midnight your local time in UK... which means it is around 2:00 a.m. or so here in Finland (meaning I have usually just gone to sleep) and I got to read these in the morning, several hours later. Or if I have somewhere to go early, I will be reading these next evening. Not that it really matters, just means my comments will come several hours late, like this one.

473564 Yep, the thing I love about writing is it's an escape from stress and it's a good way to relax, too (usually!). I'm certainly adding a lot of new stuff into Brushy, trying to make it how I like. Some chapters will be completely rewritten; some will be added. Hell, I'm debating adding two new chapters before she goes to Canterlot, to explain some things further!
No worries about the comments, sometimes it's nice to have them staggered rather than all at once

Some of that homework just happens to be quantum mechanics... using Schrödinger Equation and stuff... ugh, I really should focus on this; this is confusing enough already.
