I'm almost 40. And I've gone through 4 deaths in the family to write this.
And it's still pretty much ignored, unknown, or reviled by the mainstream fandom. Or that's how it feels to me.

Just FYI, hearing about this series (and The Immortal Game) was in large part responsible for first getting me interested in pony. So there's that.
I mean, on a technical level there's room for improvement (at least on the early books), but when there's enough story depth I'm not going to be picky.

First, the biggest insult you can give a work is to ignore it.
Second, when one of the covers for the rumors arc was posted on derpooru, the initial response from one commenters was 'this piece of shit is still going?!' And it seemed my worst fear was realized, quantifying Discord and Celestia's families opened a pandora's box.

This story is a primary reason I got into MLP and therefore it will always have a special place in my heart. While I have only read so many stories thus far with my limited amount of available reading time, I would still call your story one of the better ones I have been reading. I know this may not mean much as I am far from mainstream, but I do greatly appreciate the effort you put into your writing.
