Good Crusader Hunting... This shall soon be updated, rest assured. But there is another story I want to discuss for the moment.

The time is quickly approaching for me to write what will probably be one of my most ambitious projects: a "Displaced human in AU anthro Equestria" story. However, there will be several major points about the story which require me to approach this in an objective manner on several aspects. It is something which scares and... Honestly, excites me.

For the likely great many of you who don't know what in the world I'm talking about, allow me to enlighten you a little.

This fic is going to be my first Displaced–and one of very few stories in general–where there is a human involved, much less as a main character. I've created stories with Original Characters and Fan Characters each, some of them humans, but most have been anthros. Yes, this character will become an anthro, but he will start human. And, to add to the mix, he will be originating from our world. As such, there will be significant shock involved, as my plan is for him to be just becoming an adult.

Thankfully, I have a personality in mind. He will be a young man with a caring heart that is generally soft-spoken but is very emotional. He gets irritated easily by peer pressure and crowds, but does his best to hold his temper back and, by nature, is non-violent but not unwilling to fight if he feels he has good reason. He is generally meek and has a lot of fears that are almost crippling, but he has the potential to push past them. All told, he is a peace-loving youth who dreams of adventure and would go for it if he could realize his own courage.

However, there is still one problem for the sake of objectivity: the transformation. I have several ideas of what I would like him to be, but I want this to feel as genuine as possible. So, that is why I'm asking all of you to vote on a poll for what species he should become. And, thankfully, I have a more refined poll for all of you. It describes some important traits about each species I'm giving as a vote option, so if you want that and the personality of the human weigh in on your choice, by all means. I hope to hear from as many of you as possible.
