Hey, Flutter-Spark here with a big update! That’s right, my friends; I’m not dead!
I’m sincerely and deeply sorry to readers for having been gone for so long. Life can be more chaotic than even Discord would like–

As I was saying, life can be chaotic, and it got to be very chaotic for me this past year. I had to help my family get all our belongings and furniture packed to be shipped across the country, endure a long period where we were waiting for the sale of our house to go through, and then, after a week-long car ride, I got stuck living out of a single room with my parents, unable to get peace and quiet anywhere within my grandparents’ house where we were staying until we got a new house of our own. It’s been a long and tiring year, and we’ve only just purchased a new home in the past couple months.
But things are finally looking up! With the new house purchased, we’re starting to move our things into a few of the rooms, move the furniture left behind by the previous owners out, clean things up, and get our own furniture either brought down to or ordered and purchased for the house. I’ve got a room of my own there now (albeit not my final bedroom) and can finally find the peace and quiet I need to both read, write, draw and play video games in peace. And that means good things for you, readers, because I’m about to pick up the metaphorical pen and start writing fanfiction again!
Now, I will say right now that this process may be slow to get started again. However, readers can rest happily assured that I have ideas racing around in my head, and work will be starting ASAP. And it will be starting with one very important thing: revisions. Yes, I’m going to be going through each of my stories’ current chapters and re-writing them, tossing out elements I don’t like, adding more content wherever I feel appropriate and however I feel is fitting, and overall just trying to improve my original constructions. On the side, I’ll also be dabbling in and trying my hand at drawing some artwork, both pony and non-pony, so you might get to see new covers appear for my works; we’ll see if that actually happens, but I’m eager for the challenge!
And that brings me to my next announcement: I’m broke. Seriously, I have no money, and with the state of my living arrangements, I can’t currently get a real job. That’s where you all come in. I’m going to be asking around and doing research to confirm which is the better method to handle this, but I will soon start taking commissions for writing and drawing, and probably start a Patreon or Indiegogo thing as well. Now, you don’t have to do anything with these when they start if you don’t want to; they’re just going to be there if you’d like to support me and my work and help a fellow Brony out. And once I get the ball rolling again, I’ll likely take a couple requests a month for writing and/or drawing. However, as an aspiring original fiction author and a fan fiction author, as well as amateur drawing artist, I will and would be very, very grateful for any support when the time comes that I have these systems operating. What will you get as thanks for supporting me on these systems? Who knows, I’m still thinking on that part. But rest assured, you’d get something to thank you for your contributions.
Also, one final announcement: I’m soon going to start writing fanfiction for other series and/or genres of the fandom world. Video games, movies, cartoons, anime–you name it, I’ll be writing stories for something to do with something in each of these categories. Some will be crossovers, like PONYTALE or Tails of Equestria, that end up on here. Others, however, will have so little to do with ponies, or nothing to do with them at all, that they will need to be hosted on another site. I’ll link to those stories through my blog and Userpage as they’re written and updated. It’s very likely that one of the first ones that comes out will be Kingdom Hearts related though, so for any of you Keyblade Masters or Heartless out there, keep an eye open.

...damnit, you guys are gonna make me cry if you keep that up. And I’m the one writing it out for you! *sniff* W-well, you heard ‘em, readers; stay strong. I know the whole “Corona Virus” thing is scary, but they’re right; we can make it through this, together. Stay strong, stay safe, and don’t laugh, you should’ve known this was coming stay DETERMINED.
