Let's just that this isn't a "I'm quitting Fimfiction" thank you, it's a "I'm going to college" see you later thank you. And I have to say thank you for four wonderful years on this site. For all the bad fanfictions and all the good ones. For staying with me through my constant hiatuses, giving OctaScratch all the love it deserves, and keeping me on here for better or for worse. It has been awesome stopping by and seeing my stories slowly but steady gain views and likes, along with the followers that I have gotten. It is insane that with so little content, so many people have come by and stayed. I cannot thank you enough and hope to express my thanks by providing story content at some point.
I have to give thanks to the two who got me started in this whole thing, Calm Wind and Kestrel. Even though I don't interact with the two, and haven't caught up to the masterpiece of fiction that Piercing the Heavens is, I must credit them with being my examples of what the good side of an internet fandom offers. Calm Wind's advice and his supporters of his Universe showed me what I could strive for and what I still look to build.
Because I want to impact a shipping, or thought process of how a pair works like say the classics University Days, My Roommate Is A Vampire, or a personal favorite of mine; Melodia Apperatus. I always hoped and want Deadly Love (even the Deadlyverse too for that matter) to become that story that is what people see OctaScratch as, something that they can come back to see what they believe they will interact like.
I would also like to include General Skullcoat (Arcanine) and Arctikfox for their great friendship over the years. Especially for being such solid people, and giving me another reason to come back. I have to give DW a shout out for his awesomeness when Reviewer's Cafe was being built and his help throughout it. Also, while Skullcoat doesn't write anything, Arctik is a good source of quality that I highly recommend going to because of my slow update process, DW too.
I do want to apologize for my abysmal update process for my stories. I try to write based off feel, not force myself to write. I believe that I can produce quality eventually than okay content consistently. I hoped that I at least haven't become the author that leaves a story for dead and never comes back on, because even if it takes a year, I want to update something.
Again, I'm not leaving the site or anything. But college is a hurdle that I have no idea on how much time it will take to jump. I just want to give a good 'ol thank you for all my followers keeping me coming back to chip away at writing stuff for this fandom. I hope to get something to ya'll eventually, don't give up on what you want to see.
