Sort of. The Fillydephia Funfair was more of a nod to the Pit DLC from Fallout 3. Right down to Red Eye who was basically Ashur from the same DLC. Like Red Eye Ashur was well educated, intelligent, and determined to reclaim the Wasteland through the mills and factories still capable of being used in the Pitt. The biggest difference was that Ashur had been a Knight from the Brotherhood of Steel, and Red Eye had been a Stable Dweller. The Funfair, which was amazingly done by KKat isn't quite the same. Thus, I want to bring Sparkle Cola World to the Wasteland. A place that did more than just help ponies have a little fun. It showcased the advancements made by the Ministry of Wartime Technologies; It allowed the Ministry of Arcane Sciences to experiment openly, and privately, for both the war effort and for the Equestrian Citizen. The Ministry of Peace was allowed to showcase their advancements in healing, as well as set up various nursing offices throughout. The Ministry of Image did all of the promotion for the Park. The Ministry of Awesome did shows for the crowds, and of course the Ministry of Morale helped in designing the entire thing.
